I made both of these yesterday for the first time. It was so easy! The almond milk tastes better than any store-bought I've ever had, there's no added ingredients and the protein balls were super simple and very tasty! I will never buy almond milk in the store again. I'm also a bit of a "nerd" (LOL). So, I created a spreadsheet and, for me, it turns out to be 1/2 the cost per ounce in making my own plus the added bonus of the energy balls. I got about 20 from the pulp. That is a huge savings over time. (Of course, that will always depend on where you buy your almonds from.) Plus, I already had two glass bottles, so I've eliminated packaging waste by not buying it in the store.
I made this now and instead of adding mape syrup I added Hershey syrup it's better for a chocolaty tatse and I love this recipe thankyou for sharing this it's delicious 😋
I like just eating the plain pulp when I feel the need for a snack, 2 tablespoons usually does it for me. I will definitely try these recipe they sound great. Thanks so much
Made the milk and the energy balls today. This was my second time making them, and they both turned out amazing. I made twice the amount than in the video since I wanted a lot of milk, so I double the energy ball recipe. I also added a few tablespoons of strawberry jam to the balls, and damn that was a good idea. They're chocolatey, nutty and with a hint of strawberry flavor. I highly recommend adding it. Thank you @spicymoustache for the inspiration!
hmm oh, my goodness what if you sweetened the Almond milk with that.. lol Healthiest Strawberry milk if you can make a no sugar fruit jam. Thanks for the add on idea!
@@SouthFloridaSunshine I actually did do that! Lol. I bought no sugar strawberry jam sweetened the milk with some agave. I did 4 cups of water, and about 4 tablespoons of the jam. It was awesome. I've made it twice now. It's also good if you flavor the milk with cocoa powder too.
Thank you for making this video. I live in the US, I’ve been slowly incorporating more plant based dishes into my lifestyle and I’m definitely going to try making both recipes
Love your approach to minimal waste, my friend. This recipe was so easy to follow and the ingredients can be found in most households, I'll make sure to try this soon :D Love and prayers from Pakistan!
Fabulous!!! Little by little, day by day and finding new ways to reuse ...I buy my Nuts in a resealing bag and reuse it to freeze other foods... Sperate meats, etc ..
I am in love with your ways... Most grateful for sharing. One's i was living just like you, with all that glass jars, all types of oils, of flours and legumes and seeds, dry fruits... Big hug from Italy...
God Bless you to share your knowledge with us!! You make it food enjoyable, fun and delicious!! Blessings on you my friend!! Thomas from the U. S. 🙏🙏👍👍
This is the best channel i have ever subscribed! I so love the content! ⭐️💓 zero wastage ideas and he makes it feel so easy! Love love! Waiting for more videos!💓 you are amazing!♥️
hey man, your video is soo instructive and great, but let me check some audio edition error. The left side mic has no song, i think its maded mono audio for right side. great job, i ever watch your shorts and videos
Another tip for leftover pulp(meal), of any sort of nut you make milk with. You can add it to granola dry ingredients, vegan cheeses for extra fiber content (and better texture imo), and just about any baking recipe that could use almond(nut) meals
mia moglie ti direbbe sicuramente incredibile meraviglioso. Andò a scuola a Perugia. Grazie per il tuo tempo e il tuo apprezzamento per la condivisione delle tue conoscenze. Thomas from Ohio. U.S.
Looks great! Can you swap out the almonds for other nuts? Farming practices here in the US are shady AF, and the sustainably farmed almonds are EXPENSIVE!
Ngl i was a little hesitant to click on this video as i really like your shorts and had already seen the one for these two recipes. However i actually noticed i prefere the full video style much more and im more likely to try this in the future as i feel better informed. Only point of critique is that your voice is only coming from the right channel, if you record mono make sure its still applied to both, its just a minor detail though :) Edit: i noticed in the end it was good, so nvm
I watched your short on not wasting oranges but it didn't show clearly exactly how to make the candy peels and the daily supplement and I have no idea what the machine you dried the blendered orange on soo I subscribed hoping to find a full video about it but I was very disapointed to find there was none so I'm not sure if I should stay subscribed I'm interested in a few of your other videos but if you could please do a video explaining how you did the whole thing you did in that short I would really really really really appreciate it as I am super interested in do all the things in that video
I like to try not to waste food. There have been many occasions where I've discarded so much almond meal after making almond milk and it is because I can't think of what to do with the leftover meal. I'm wondering if you can dry it out in the oven and use it like a breadcrumb? I'll have to try it sometime.
Boa Noite à todos! Não sei se aí tem Alfarroba, pra quem não pode consumir chocolate é parecido. Só muda um pouco o sabor, mas muito bom tanto quanto o chocolate.
Eyo what's up with like some birria tacos..... With that meaty mushroom of course... Or is it meatie? Anyway, some dried guajillo, ancho, and pasilla peppers and you're good.
@@heresjohnny602 mate, have you learned other languages? English is a phonetic language and some people may have difficulties understanding while hearing it because of this (including myself before), the subtitles really help when you're at that stage
This is my new favorite channel. Perfect mix of easy no-waste recipes and gardening. This should be taught is school! Thank you from Québec!

What is this „leftover chocolade“? 😂

I love how he places subtitles over himself when the brother speaks perfect English.
He probably put them for non native english speakers
Or hard of hearing, either way - appreciated effort
@@kylesalazar2872 Nah you don't put subtitles in English for people who barely speak English. Must people speak English anyway.
@@AndreasWB Just a light joke. Doesn't really require a deep over analysis of intent. 🤦🤦
