Thank you so much for this! After I did cornrows and left them on for two months my scalp became so dry and inflamed. All I could do was scratch and it only made things worse. This has been a great help💕

@@bayleesoto455 yea I would make it like regular hot tea. I use 2 decaf tea bags. Let it cool then spray all over the scalp. Let sit for 15 min then rinse out. Follow up with moisturizing shampoo and deep conditioner. I haven't needed to do it for a while because I started using a pre maid (store bought to lazy too make it at home) scalp scrub weekly and use one of those shampoo brushes to lift build up which has also kept the scalp clear. Also using the tea all the time can cause dryness so use the rinse as needed instead of routinely.

Is there a specific brand of green tea that you would recommend using, and should it be hot or cold?
When ever I put Jamaica black caster oil on my daughter scalp once a week the dandruff disappears. When I stopped it came right back smh. I’m going to try the green tea.

When I’m using green Tèa am I putting the tea bags in hot water or warm water or cold ?
Maybe add tea tree oil as well since it has antimicrobial properties and more
Qasil if you can find is very cleansing as well

Coconut oil is why I’m here. I always had healthy hair and no dandruff or itchy scalp but I wanted longer hair and thought coconut oil would help but it made me get split ends and made my hair so dry and brittle with so much dandruff, everything I do to get rid of it nothing works

Nah my voice just get raspy when I talk for long periods of time because I switch between vocal cords for different accents and intonation. I speak 3 languages and 4 diff accents
