Avoid Light Glare in your Glasses

Wearing glasses can help you see better...which is good. But it doesn't help that they like to reflect on things. Specifically your light source.
So how can you help, reduce or remove the lens glare from your glasses?
The best thing you can do is not wear glasses, but if it's the only way, you want to raise your lights as high as you can, which will allow your subject to move their head better without any light reflection being seen.
