THANKS!!! Solid idea to study Andrew, I think that creating these scale blocks are the ticket to good lead guitar, (groovy guitar intro song too)!

My ability on guitar has doubled because of the way that you teach guitar. These patterns are critical. I've donated $20.00 and got the eBook too, and it was really helpful. Thank you Andrew.

Really like these groupings across the 5th string and easy to launch into other patterns from. Find it interesting you have the 2nd/B in there (5th of 5th).

Saw that "B" as well. It's in the key, but not in the "A" Minor Pentatonic. But, it falls in line with that vertical "5th" alignment. Interesting way to look at how these notes can sit!

Ever heard of “the comb”? It is just the pattern made from playing the 3 octaves. Similar to what yer talking about here.

No, I haven't heard of "the Comb" can you please link a video of someone discussing it /showing it so I can see it & learn it? I did a RUclips and Google search but nothing comes up.

Pattern establishment like this is the true secret to how the pros do a solo. Study any Jimi Page solo, and you'll find he's using these exact patterns Andrew is showing us right here. Same thing with Clapton, or Blackmore, or Angus Young. It's THESE patterns guys. Study this stuff like mad, Mad, MAD!

Once you start to see it (visualized) across the frets, it only keeps making more & more perfect sense and your solos just get better & better! - Andrew
