    I dove in head first and got the master set and I am extremely satisfied. Also got the round set. Blocked out my 64 Impala. Went thru the process. First time ever. Took me forever , but, just shot the panels and a week later the body. Wow. 5 coats of Glamour clear. Just super happy. Can't wait to wet sand.

    Custom paint is no joke to learn. I’d love to use your block, but I’m not confident I have enough build in my clear to block out this flat, with 800 to start. I also worry about waiting too long to block, the clear curing too hard and becoming too hard to cut flat for my skill.

    Not arguing linear blocks are not better but the experiment is flawed. Need to compare against different panels using only one type of block on each. It could be argued that simply doing 3 rounds with the foam block would give subsequent improvements.

    this proves nothing make 3 panels and block them with 3 different blocks and buff them and lets see the final results. we know what a hard acrylic and foam block will do
