They just had an 80 win season. The only franchises with teams that have won 80+ games are:
Golden State Warriors (15-16, 16-17, 14-15)
Chicago Bulls (95-96, 96-97, 91-92)
LA Lakers (99-00, 08-09, 71-72, 86-87)
Boston Celtics (07-08, 85-86, 23-24)
Miami Heat (12-13)
They are a clear top 15 team of all time, as shown both by regular season record, playoff record, and statistics like net rating.
When you consider that those 3 80+ win seasons the GSWs and Bulls have were during the same dynasty with the same core players, it moves the 23-24 Celtics into around 10th place. They are definitely one of the greatest teams of all time, though certainly not "the best team of all time" as this clickbait title says.
