Really wish this was available in Indonesia but haven't been able to find a local supplier. We have the standard kaburu skirts but the curly legs are awesome.
Hey Ben. Congrats on your win! You will find that these are very effective lures. The Torium 14 is a nice light, compact and reliable reel. It will work well with these lures. You don't need heaps of drag. The most important thing is to use a rod that has plenty of flex in the tip so that the lures waft along without sudden movements. A flexible rod will also help remind you not to put too much pressure on the hooks when fighting the fish.
I'm getting a bit pissed at the razor gang cutting off my expensive lures. Have found a flexible coated wire trace which would be ok but is 200lb so will affect action. Anyone have a similar problem and found a solution or product? Where can I procure it? Cheers.

We are working on a suitable wire trace. This will be released pre-winter
what reel were you using
I was using an Okuma reel at the time. I have since started using an Alvey Orbiter baitcaster style reel that does the job really well
