I lost 100lbs and made some changes to my body. Not me in profile pic btw lol but I noticed a change in how women responded to me. Tbh most guys my age (27) are out of shape and don’t take care of themselves. I do feel like western women have way higher standards as my experiences outside of the west have always been positive. Plus I was never interested in slaying, only looking for a woman to have children with. I don’t think I’ll ever find that in the UK.
Happened the same to me, went from 260lbs to 180lbs as a 6ft guy and I feel like a teenager again when it comes to girls attention. Best feeling in the world by far

You're right most people hitting 30 don't take care of themselves but if you do and you make sure you still look good you can definitely attract a lot of women even the younger ones (21-25) easy just cause you're alittle older and they see you as more mature and confident.

Understand that there will always be someone better than you whether it comes down to attractiveness, intelligence, talent, etc. The best way to try and find some solace is to at least be in the top 20% of something that truly matters

I think they are based a lot on studies on dating applications where several issues must be taken into account: 1- First of all, women who would be willing to meet a stranger on Tinder are a minority. 2- Most men, I don't know why, "like" all the profiles of women (perhaps to avoid wasting time analyzing each profile) and then they filter, it does not mean that they are going to have a date with all those women And even more, it is very likely that, due to the strategy that many women use to deceive with photos, the man does not want to have sex with that woman who looks much worse on the date than in the photos. In short, the percentage of men that he physically attracts is much higher than 20%, that's why I think the key is in the leagues, a 5/10 will attract women 5/10 or less and he will be attracted to 5/10 or more and so with all the leagues. That's why all the courtships we see, both are in the same league

Don't get me wrong i respect the blackpill but you have to understand that tinder is mostly men. the male to female ratio on tinder is 75% men 25% woman so of course women will have a never ending amount of options on online dating sites and because of that of course women will only go to the top 20% of men(that are attractive) on these apps but that doesn't represent real life where the male to female ratio at least in the US is 50/50. and holy shit only 25% of tinder is women this clearly shows most women don't use dating apps.

Something I found fascinating was leaving the Royal Marines (UK Commandos) and seeing the state of the average man in society. It genuinely shocked me.

I used to get really good amount of likes in bumble. And I think it's better than tinder. But even sometime I got no matches this is how unfair it was. Even though I know 4 language (1 foreign language)studying in india's 3rd best university and had good pictures + a good game. Women I got more than 100 matches but most of them expect a guy to be perfect. I have to make conversation everytime. They put no efforts. I frustrated me and I felt like wasting my time. Yes I went to 5 dates and yea they all liked me and wanted to go again but most of them were catfish. I got a gf though and I deleted it. But fs it's a hookup scene and even for that you have to not do that directly be funny in 10 different ways cause some women might like your humor some won't. It's waste of time. I wanted to have more time for my studies so now I am not going back for hopefully very long time.

I used to model in my youth Now I'm a physician and single again. I am very rarely attracted to girls I see here in the States. When I travel to eastern europe I see so many attractive girls. They are way more feminine too.
