Here's how I see it. There's not much you can do to make yourself become more attractive, but there is a lot you can do to make yourself become less attractive. So most glow up advice is to prevent you from losing points

Once you do all of these, then you can determine your final (or close to final rating).
And I don't really agree with the "lost points" that you are talking about, if you don't take the effort (that most men don't btw) to achieve those points then are you really "missing out" on them? I know for a fact I looked like a different person after I finished losing like 40 kgs, and I couldnt have ever "gained those back" considering I was overweight my entire life.
I know you can't change your bone structure, but surgery exists and most people don't even need it.

Anyone can wear something stylish, anyone can get a hairstyle, anyone can get on a skincare routine. I think you need to be lean to be attractive, but it won't make you attractive by itself. I am and have been a lean person for my entire life. I won't gain anything from that, however if I got overweight, I would lose points, so I have to do things to keep me lean, like working out and eating healthy. It benefited you because you were already overweight. I'm not saying don't looks max, but it's very limited. You'll realize all of it's to prevent you from being less attractive.
Work on what you can to become the best version of yourself, there are things you can improve on i.e, fashion , fitness and finance that will at least give you an extra 2 points.

This height thing is crazy. I'm 6ft and I don't think it gets me anywhere. But I have a mate who is like a giant 6ft5 or so and it does attract for him. If you're really stand out tall it can help, otherwise just bigger than the girl is ok. I like small, petite or skinny girls so I'm still way taller than a girl I would choose as ideal.

For example, you walk up to a pair of women at the bar and one is a 5 and the other is a 7. The 5 has on the most seductive and sexiest perfume you've ever smelled on a woman, but the 7 smells slightly of body odor. You're still going to try and hook up with or pursue the 7 instead of the 5 that's wearing an amazing perfume and you won't even have to think about the decision at all.

realistically I think a guy who’s a 6 could improve his looks and make him an 8. If he has acne then he could even improve from a 5 to an 8 because without acne he would probably be a 6. I'm personally 5'10.5 and 20years old, I grew 3.9 or 4 inches after 19 and I hope that I'll get to 6'2/6'3. This is the best range. But, after I get there I'll still prefer girls who are 5'3 to 5'6/5'8 max, girls who are above 5'8 suck.
