Today's trucking industry is mostly controlled by technology & government. It's not worth it.
And I've got over 34 years. August 2025 is retirement for me.

I used to live in an rv park evil knevils son ownerd a bus he was parked next to me his dog checkers would get scared when he left him alone and would jump on the horn and honk it the whole time he was gone.
What I hate is when some driver pulls up and is having a loud conversation on their truck Bluetooth instead of their headset OR when they come over blasting music like they're having a house party and sit there for 2 hours doing it
I was at a truck stop in so cal recently and some dude next to my truck was talking with another trucker about something. (they were speaking a langauge I don't) but they would chat for a minute or so and then the dude would rev his engine like he was a hot rod at a red light, this went on for like 40 minutes. Some guy got out of his truck and started yelling at them 'We're all trying to fucking sleep here jackassses." it stopped shortly after that.

I called and found out.
Retired from UPS after 28years as a truck driver. Accident free during during my 1.5million miles on record. Some of the shameful things these drivers makes you wonder how they ever got their license. And the BS of drivers pissing with the door open is disgusting. I'm very new to trucking, if you count my training time It's only been 6 weeks. My second day out me and my trainer pulled into a pilot fuel island and when I was walking in to use the bathroom a trucker was getting back into his truck after fueling and he got on the top step, turned around and just starting pissing right from his door in the fuel island.

The last time (1994) was at the LA Forum (which ended up being the location of their very last performance years later) on their Counterparts tour. I was in the 5th row! Every Rush show was an awesome experience!

@@jesserice7777no it is not. It is "forced dispatch" and done after hours for a pickup at a shipper that held the driver for 5 hours and then forced that driver off the property.
Example:ASR Domino Baltimore Maryland a few blocks from Key Bridge. First stop right up the road to The T/A Jessup Maryland for a break on Assateague. Guess what genius, its packed full. That is just one. I can name 20 more just like it.
