Your podcasts always lift my spirits! both my boyfriend and I struggle with mental health issues, and you being open about yours really helps probably more people then you realize. My parents have made fun of me pretty much since I can remember for things I knew I couldn't help or control with mental health even still to this day. So I really do appriecate that you touch on your own struggles and try and help others😊

dude i already know when i get to the latest episode im goin right back and starting all these episodes over again.
Can’t freaking wait to watch this when I get home. Been a tough week for me but watching some missed episodes has been great. It was hard for me to see when Chris wasn’t himself because of everything going on around him. You can tell he is less traumatized and his humor and talent is showing again more clearly. That’s what I want for myself in the future.

Yea I agree. He’s let the whole concept of “friends” evolve to a spot where he really should have called more ppl by name but he’s got his eye on the prize, his family. And these have helped me too, I work at a funeral home for the last 3 years so my first year all of a sudden it was one of the front line jobs, and tennessee isn’t doing good at science usually ever. Between drugs and thinking Jesus blood protects them… life still rips bc I haven’t gotten it and I’m still here; anyways good luck with ur trauma and give urself time bc everyone heals at their own pace

It’s more helpful than you know! I don’t feel so alone when I hear you talk openly about it.
I’m 27 with a 2 year old and my biggest fear is passing my OCD onto him. I try and conceal my flare ups but sometimes they get the best of me. Your tip about not being so egotistical really helped, that’s a good mindset to tap into during those moments.
