I'm glad you enjoyed the left handed coin purses, Lynn. Yes, I always tend to think of things like that because one of my friends in high school was left handed and I came to realize how difficult some things were for her. Thank you for picking up on that and I hope you have a wonderful day today!

I do love the coin purses with the embellishments. Crafts are so much fun to make. I didn't know that I could make them. I've expanded out to using canvas now. I'm making my husband a big bag with it. It was for Father's day, but my materials didn't get here in time. I had no idea that my sewing machine could do so much. I know, straight silly. My mom only sewed clothing. She was constantly sewing the wrong pieces together and getting upset so I decided that was not for me. I have sewn pajama pants for our family, but they are pretty simple. Can't wait to see how your fare at the craft fair this year.

Hi Nancy! The way I found my zippers was I went to Amazon and typed in the words "bulk zippers" and it will come up with many options for lengths ( You could also type that in, if you wanted). I buy the packages that have all the mixed colors for one cheap price. As I said in a previous video, I have not had any problems with these zippers. There's one bag that I have had for easily 6 years that I use multiple times a day and the zipper is still going . So they're not name brand zippers, but they work great for me

Marie, I keep watching this tutorial and have a couple questions. What size needle do you use making these, and would it possible to put a pocket inside?
My grandson just got his learner's permit. I was thinking this would be great for him to carry that and school ID card.

Portia, I think that probably would be a way to do it, but I am sick in bed with the flu or covid, I'm not sure which. I can't think beyond my next thought at the moment. Please remind me if I forget about this, as that is a great idea and I'm sure it's something I could figure out.

I love making all kinds of crafts but no where to sell and family does not like handmade items and that is sad

Oh my goodness, Linda. I'm sorry that you don't have family to craft for. Actually, our ex daughter-in-law was that way. If I made something for our grandchildren, it never got used because she wanted it to have a name brand on it. So I guess I do understand that there are people like that. Its very sad, in my opinion. What if you gave your items to charity and they could either give it to someone who needed it or sell it in order to make money for the charity?
