I just watched Afterlife a month or two ago. I thought that it was quite entertaining. Great connection to the original films. The recording style, dark and somewhat ominous, fit will with the originals. I'm really looking forward to this one. The stand alone film that they put out a few years ago was mediocre. It was watchable, and cool to see all the new "ghost" forms, but overall the story was average, and it didn't really fit the original narrative, in my opinion, well.
Afterlife is not a Reboot it is the 3rd Film in the original Cannon Timeline it takes about 33 years ( Originally 30 but Delayed due to Pandemic) After The events in Ghostbusters 2 and Sony pictures Greenlight Afterlife during the Production of the Crapfest that is the 2016 Reboot Ghostbusters Film That is Not connected to the Original Films Timeline or connected and is a different universe . Now Sony was the 2nd People to read the Afterlife script After Harold Ramis Family Approved of the scrip Jason let them Read,. . Anyways you guys need to watch Afterlife it is very well done and stay for the Mid credits and End credit scenes
All 3 living ghostbusters were in Afterlife, not for long, but long enough to be more than a cameo
Ya maybe we should have actually watched it. Haha
@@FiveIdiotsTalkingToys lol I would say so lol
Looks fun, great seeing everyone back
Thanks for watching!

Great video guys! Fun seeing other retro 80s stuff coverage.

Yes it does for sure
Slimer was not in Afterlife. You're thinking of Muncher, the blue caterpillar blobby ghost
Yeah, Shane doesn't know what he's talking about half the time. He mostly just prattles on...
@@FiveIdiotsTalkingToys No worries. It's all good. Sorry, I didn't intend for my response to have an "Uhm, acktually 🤓 " tone
I thought the same thing. I guess shane didn’t watch the movie either
@@sueblantin5966 No worries! It's all fun! No tone taken!
Thanks Sue, appreciate the watch and reminding me of Muncher. I have to go back and watch Afterlife a second time, it's been a while!
