Could you explain how to do it properly? I can do it 4~5 times in row ,but my form is a bit awkward, I think.

Forearm Stand is gold! Ring L sit is too tough for me, can only do L sit on pbars. Will take months to get strong enough to do it.Hawaiian Squat is a new move for me will try it!
The only one I have practiced out if those three is the ring l-sit. It dies work the body for sure!
