  • This 8-minute follow-along bodyweight workout combines elements of classic calisthenics with ancient yoga to give you a full body routine that can be performed as a stand alone daily workout or a warm-up before a more intense training session.

    Эл , спасибо за ваши тренировки! У меня есть все ваши книги, правда, они на русском))) Перешел с железа на тренировки со своим весом. В силе не потерял, а еще и прибавил! Плюс функциональность повысилась!
