As a coach, I have noticed that the really fast athletes can almost always do a pistol squat- or at least come very close! That is where the relative strength comes in, along with ankle mobility, which is another secret to athleticism.

How to run faster jump higher and improve athleticism is to do a lot of plyometrics explosive trainings and keep doing trainings like running sprinting jumping higher to make it get better

Absolutely plyometrics. Particularly for the jump higher request. I remember being plateaued for quite a while as a young teen then when I started plyometrics I saw a 12 inch increase in my jump. It was a game changer

Thank you, AL! Really don't want to admit it to myself, but it's probably about old man strength for me.

Hey hey hey. What calisthenics exercises develop the same muscles that the “deadlift” develop? Question from Ben Warner , a subscriber to your channel

In case Al doesn't answer you, I'll take a crack at it: I'm a long time calisthenics guy, and in my opinion there's nothing in calisthenics that can effectively substitute for lifting something. I think that deadlifting, or some form of lifting, is the one important kind of exercise that you can't do without weights of some kind. And: a sandbag is a really great and versatile piece of equipment that's perfect if you work out at home and you want to lift something. Just my two cents.

It’s not just a book, but the video program includes a book. I’ve bought the program when they had a 50% off offer and I think it’s worth every penny, especially since I’ve benefited from Al‘s free content now for over seven years.

Talk 4 fitness-minded friends into sharing the book, then the outlay per person will be under $10.

you should definitely stop exercising, women prefer it when their man is slovenly and out of shape, makes them feel safer in letting themselves go without worrying that their man will remain an attractive option for other women, she will appreciate you being thoughtful of her insecurities 😉👍

Unless your "relationship" is so inhumanly vigorous that you're in pain the next day, go ahead and work out. You're not a pro athlete, so the consistent workouts are more important than the little bit of energy you save by avoiding pre-workout "relationshipping".
I like that word -- I'm going to start using that. 😀
