Sam here - just wanted to say great job as always and keep the good work. I really like how you guys aren't just reviewing the super/sports cars but interesting additions to the market as well. One thing I would love to see y'all do is to review cars that are 2-3 years old and maybe shift your content to "older" stuff. I personally always prefer used cars to new so it would be super interesting if you start threading in information and considerations for the buyer from a "bang for your buck" perspective. Doug DeMuro does a great job at this.
Honestly, I'd buy this over anything else in this class because I can imagine this will be leagues better in reliability. It's stunning inside and out 🤩
why would you think its more reliable ... Its a turbo 6 cylinder , and hyundai kia genesis turbo engines light on fire. Theirs a reason people dont buy these. They cost 80k .... You can get a X5 or GLE for the same price and since most people who get suv's like this are leasing them . The people that have the money to lease an suv like this , dont get these because they are not as good as the germans.
Actually if you look closely both the GV80 and G80’s front is designed to look like the Genesis crest (headlights and grille) it’s so cool and original I also think they’ve done the same thing with the facelifted 2021 G70 and G90 but the G80 one is the most obvious

Looking forward on buying a car from genesis soon.
I think I've just found a new dream car....
Nice interior shots! The close-ups and pans really show off the quality.
To believe that this is the same company 20 years ago was a laughing stock is mind boggling.
Even 10 years ago
They’re still a laughing stock.. don’t be fooled by shiny sheet metal. In the engineering and R&D side, they’re still trash.
Right
@@MrCYChung they're now among the most reliable companies according to consumer reports and jd power. Take off your blinders
just to let you know this company is 52 yrs old was founded 29 December 1967 I remember back in 1980 my friend Dad had Pony, they do come a long way and i'm glad to see them doing well.
Iand my friend just changed our mind from Audi q7 for this Genesis GV80 prestige based on your review 🤠
Happy that a luxury car brand is actually focusing on comfort over sport, hopefully others will follow the trend
I like it a lot. It doesn’t look stupid and basic.
Can you guys please review the 2021 veloster N with the 8-speed DCT auto??
The minimalist infotainment interface is sickkkkkkk!!!!😳😳🤯
This is by far the best GV80 review on the internet.
I am so in love with this car. It's my new dream car.
“Bentley bentayga on a budget” please put some respect on genesis.
Genesis is stunning cars to be honest with you, I've always been a fan of BMW mostly, but these gives Merc higher end S-level cars to run for their money. I'm eager to test drive one of those.
9:27 There's always that one Ontario driver without their lights on during the night!
Your review is real and unbiased.. I’ll look at the other suv you mentioned as well.
16:42 made me sit back in my chair with how much this thing actually does favor the Bentayga. Honestly looks better imo.
Actually if you look closely both the GV80 and G80’s front is designed to look like the Genesis crest (headlights and grille) it’s so cool and original I also think they’ve done the same thing with the facelifted 2021 G70 and G90 but the G80 one is the most obvious
Same designer as bentayga
Gorgeous SUV but I'm really a sedan guy so waiting for your G80 review next week. Will probably go G80 or Stinger for my next car. Genesis should make a G80 Sportback as their sport model next year. Yuri, can you photo shop one please?
The dampers are very cool, they can even be controlled by your smartphone to soften up or harden up!
I've always been a bit of a Korean brand skeptic but this SUV looks great and their reliability record is spotless. Pretty impressive!
I really don't like SUV's, but that thing looks sooo good!!!!
BMW’s rotary wheel is also a touchpad. You can write numbers and letters on it.
I have been waiting soooooo long for this review!!
I have g80, no problem at all. Now looking for next one.
The styling of the genesis brand lately has been top notch
That engine sound is satisfyingly galactic 🌌 same as the Stinger GT 😍
Looks great and it’s safe af.
My new dream car👍🏻
I looked at a lexus RX parked in the street the other day in pearl white and I think it is still one of the best looking SUV'S on the market today.
