Great video Bro. Changing the resolution will allow you input the triplets. It needs to be switched from 1/4 or quarter to 1/8 triplet or 1/16 triplet.
There is not an option in the step sequencer to change that only the piano roll ... The only way to add steps is to increase the steps in the step sequencer... And when you do that it adds slots but does not keep the position of the boxes you checked I know the fit to quaternotes is there but it just stretchs the length it does allow the to do the triplets that way in the step sequencer... Maybe I'm missing something you might have to make a video on it... 😂
i guess as a workaround, adding another step sequencer for the rolls - set to high resolution and then create the rolls separate from the baseline beat.

What would be the learning curve for cakewalk coming from BandLab from somebody that doesn’t use sequencer for the drums n everything else
