Stuffed Marrow Squash in Lemon and Garlic Souce

A recipe for classic Lebanese-style stuffed zucchini in a lemon and garlic sauce from mother's home.
If there is one delicacy that symbolizes for me holiday meals these are the stuffed zucchini that my mother would work to prepare mainly on Rosh Hashanah and Pesach.
The sweetness of the zucchini blends perfectly with the sourness of the lemon as the meat and rice combine.
Of course, time and experience have made it possible to facilitate and upgrade the speed of preparation with the help of up-to-date kitchen gadgets - a surprise in the video.
