Hi everyone! Today I present to you a very quick, very easy and incredibly delicious recipe! Pan-fried aubergines with peppers, garlic and soy sauce is a totally vegetable dish perfect for lunch or dinner. With very few ingredients and in a few minutes you can prepare very tasty aubergines! The second recipe is very simple but with an amazing taste! Baked aubergines in garlic cream have a unique and delicate flavour. Easy, quick recipe and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Ingredients:
- 2 eggplants
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons of corn starch
- 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Half a teaspoon of sugar
- 1/3 cup of water
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
