This is so cute! I found your channel on the recommended page and I’ve been really enjoying your videos, since my daughter is currently super into Sylvanian Families (so am I) and I LOVE crafting stuff for her!
Clever! I wish I had thought of this earlier, I've been making two piece "pancake" mattresses. They are for my Calico Critters, so realism isn't completely essential but I'm glad to know this technique. Thanks!
Excellent video and work is amazing! Can’t wait to do this for my great granddaughter’s dollhouse I’m making for her from one that I’m upcyling and making all of the furniture.
That's a very creative way to make a mattress, and that will be perfect for my tiny doll room, thank you so much (now i can't wait to go and discover your other videos 🤩)
Great idea, thank you. I made a mattress from bubble wrap, slipped inside a cover and sewn. Dare not tell my daughter what it's made from because she pops it.
This is brilliant, Thank You! I will subscribe & follow your tutorials to save a fortune compared to buying expensive manufactured doll house items; plus have the satisfaction & fun in making them ❤😀❤
Amazing! Also, depending on the thickness of the fabric you use, double-sided tape would work really well instead of hot glue when you do the twine/piping edge of the mattress. Then you can hot glue it to the base
@@TasminBassettArt 100% it will work. The idea is for Halloween decorations. An acrylic box with those mattresses in the 1:12 scale and a Joker figure inside. Simple yet effective. Once again thx for the inspiration
Great tutorial and going to try this for my Barbie house.
Wow ! Very clever …looks so authentic…
Clever! Any doll could have a lovely nap.
