  • Delicious Chettinad Vendaikai / ladies' finger Mochai / White dry bean Mandi Recipe
    Ingredients and Measurements
    Vendaikai 200 grams
    Mochai 100 grams
    Thick Rice rinsed water(optional) 1 cup
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt 1 tbsp or as per your taste
    Cumin 1/2 tsp
    Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
    Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
    Green chili 3 ct
    Curry leaves few
    Small onions 20 ct you can use any
    Garlic 5 pods
    Tomato 1 ct
    Red dry chili powder 1 tsp
    Water as required
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Tamarind paste 1 and half tbsp

    Looks so incredibly delicious 😋😋😋 never heard of rice water in curry . Definitely a must try thanks for sharing this recipe

      Please try, and let me know. you may use rice rinsed water for making soups too, it tastes really good.
