Ingredients and Measurements
Vendaikai 200 grams
Mochai 100 grams
Thick Rice rinsed water(optional) 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp or as per your taste
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Green chili 3 ct
Curry leaves few
Small onions 20 ct you can use any
Garlic 5 pods
Tomato 1 ct
Red dry chili powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste 1 and half tbsp
