Man I love watching videos like this, from distant places and that I will probably never visit, and then discovering them on GOOGLE MAPS and browsing them, discovering this port and seeing the exit of the truck was a little difficult, I had to first research the lines of MARINE ATLANTIC, but it was worth it, thank you friend for this new discovery of a terribly cold and distant place. From Brazil, greetings to all ...
Just before boarding, you passed some of the trailers we drop there (did that many times), nice to 'go' a little further this time and actual go on board with you and have a look inside the ship.
One thing I love about josh is he always catches us up on vlogs just in case we missed the last vlogs! I give him mad respect for that! Unlike other RUclipsrs who will be like go watch the old video then watch this....
I am from the States, but my dad and I have been running around Ontario (Renfrew County, Opeongo Mountain Range), since 1972. I truly love watching your videos simply because of your appreciation for the beauty of Canada. Oh, and Diesel is cool too.
We made the crossing the early part of July last year with 30 Airstreams for a caravan which lasted almost two months. Had a great time. Nice to see the the boats again. Too bad about the Covid-19 restrictions.
Josh the boat dont allow any animal onto the boat because alot of ppl have bad allergies so it makes since to just not let animals on the boat or have a dead person on the boat which would u rather lol
So Diesel is locked in the truck during the crossing. I'm confused why you're not freaking out about the injustice, like you do when you're in Alberta. 8 hours!!! I do love it when he talks.
@@chopperz127 But you wouldn't have heating/ventilation and because of poor ventilation, you can't run your engine. Not sure if you have ever been in the hull of a ferry but its miserable. Poor dog tho!
I will some day, go check out the Ferry between Caribou Nova Scotia and Wood Island Prince Edward Island. I have already been over the Confederation Bridge though.
This is the first video I have ever seen of you and I am in tears I am laughing so hard at a few different things. Can't wait to binge watch like 1,000 hours of your content lol
Diesel was like man I’m glad you are back because I have to take a dump and then started to cry because he couldn’t go outside. Thanks for sharing Josh
its a party again to watch ur vlogs, the bad luck with the volvo was putting you down and we all felt that.....but now ur back...the Josh that you was before......happy and funny and relaxed....
Hey Josh you forgot to sing the " I'm on a boat " song 😉 . I have started to watch your show from the start, at episode 97 now when you have sold your trailerhouse. Keep up the good work 🙂
Sorry for your mishaps or bad luck as owner/operator with the Volvo and all the stress it put on you. But I’m happy for you it worked out with your company to get back as a company driver in van division. And that said man I missed your trips to Newfoundland and the trips down to the southern parts of the states. I hope we see you get back on your old routes. Must be so weird and uncomfortable in a way to share a cabin with someone you don’t know. I wouldn’t like it. Probably more like hate it
Have you looked into getting a coffee maker to keep in the truck ? I heavily recommend getting a Keurig get one of those if you do you will save lots ove money
I hope diesel is ok. That's a long boat ride, eight hours. I think they should think about the animals that truck drivers being with them. They get scared and anxious to, but Canada is different.
I found it hilarious when you turned on the TV and it was just the American flag waving endlessly...on NTV of all channels. I wonder what show that was. 'Merica!
Fun fact MS Atlantic Vision is owned by Estonian Tallink, previously ran between Estonia, Finland and Germany and before Tallink bought it, between Greece and Italy as Superfast IX
When my cousin and family moved from Albuquerque, NM to Anchorage, AK, they drove to Seattle with both cars, 3 kids and their dog to get the ferry. They had a place on the boat for dogs to do their business and my cousin's dog absolutely refused to go there. When they finally were able to get off, he said he didn't think the dog was ever going to stop peeing.
Trucker Josh, if you touch the speaker symbol that appears ar the lower left of the screen when Karen is talking you can mute her. Touch 8t again to unmute.
Thanks for that wonderful, relaxing boat ride Josh!! I’m so sorry that Diesel had to stay in the truck. That’s animal cruelty you know? Take care and looking forward to your return trip back on the boat.
On a trip like this where you are stuck at the boarding area for a while and then in the hole you are stuck in on the boat. How do you deal with Diesels duties? I have never done this and at the moment you are not an OTR driver so you cannot just stop for your doggie! Safe travels Josh!
Watched some of your old footage of visiting Newfoundland. How many times have you been now Josh? I was trying to find the one series with Britt going to Newfoundland.
I was going to ask about Diesel, but I’d see that’s a sore subject. I was wondering if you were even going to be able to open your door as tight as they had you packed in there!

as soon as you got to the room. i couldnt wait so i ran to the comments worrying abt where Diesel was lol
4:45 Trucker Josh: I got a cool horn! 4:48 Ship: Hold my beer and listen to this!
8:35 "Oh would you look at that"
I can't, its too dark.
Just before boarding, you passed some of the trailers we drop there (did that many times), nice to 'go' a little further this time and actual go on board with you and have a look inside the ship.
If I’m not mistaken the day crossings are a lot faster, they slow down the crossing for the overnight crossings so traveling folks can sleep!
You make Canadians look good. Love seeing it from your perspective.

How does Diesel do business while on boat?
We made the crossing the early part of July last year with 30 Airstreams for a caravan which lasted almost two months. Had a great time. Nice to see the the boats again. Too bad about the Covid-19 restrictions.
Wow brings back memories!
Good vlog Josh, glad to see Diesel still misses his Dad!! Hope you have a good trip. Stay safe, Thanks.
Josh the boat dont allow any animal onto the boat because alot of ppl have bad allergies so it makes since to just not let animals on the boat or have a dead person on the boat which would u rather lol
I dont know man..some folks would actually put dogs over actual human beings lives which is just nuts to me.
So Diesel is locked in the truck during the crossing.

I do love it when he talks.
Your muffin and the apple were dessert!
He to busy saying very nice
Poor Diesel 😢 had to stay in the truck l think he needs a muffin!
I agree! Given the choice, I would rather just hunker down in the truck with Diesel anyway.

"Let's get this out on a tray... NICE!"
Don’t worry. I get your reference.
MRE Josh lol
Just sit right back and hear a tail, a tail of a faithful ship that started from this tropic port aboard a tiny ship....
I will some day, go check out the Ferry between Caribou Nova Scotia and Wood Island Prince Edward Island. I have already been over the Confederation Bridge though.

I just near died. I was drinking coffee and the toilet flush and you looking in the mirror and saying was that you. 😂😂😂 I found that way to funny

This one should have been titled Trucker in a room on a boat. Really enjoyed this video.
I got a little teary eyed hearing Deisel tell you "I missed you man!" This is neat going on a ferry to make a delivery.
Nice Peterbilt Josh! It sounds sweet! You're funny
Didnt know they put trucks on boats. Very cool
Have you looked into getting a coffee maker to keep in the truck ? I heavily recommend getting a Keurig get one of those if you do you will save lots ove money
I’ve been on that ferry like 4 times in a couple months lol I jus got back from there a couple days ago aha
Not even interested in trucking, but i came in here and seen you had 99.9k subscribers and man i just had to subsrcibe! So close too 100k!
"everything in the ocean will eat me" - truck got swallowed by the ship
I love these trips. Wish the weasel could come up to the cabin. Poor buddy. Next you need a FL or southern GA run. Palm trees!
Hope you didn't give Diesel a big dinosaur bone right b4 you boarded lol
I had to instantly subscribing the channel, when I saw Diesel. Your both very cool guys. Greetings from germany.
Just watched a 2016 video of you getting off the ferry in N. S. and talking about the guy that snored.
Wow, first channel that came on the tv was ntv, that’s our local independent tv station in Newfoundland, it’s also known as Canada’s superstation
hi, greetings from Medellin colombia, that's wonderful vídeo.
Best thing about the ocean is lobster and shrimp, when served in restaurants.- Scorpio

I share your stance on the ocean. The ONLY way I will ever be IN the ocean, is if the boat I was on sank! Way too many hungry critters in there.
That green chevelle though!
This was incredible to watch
Something you want to invest in is a coffee maker or 12 volt kettle make your own coffee
Turns on tv in Canada...Gets greeted by Murica lol
Poor Diesel, in the truck all by himself. Hope he went potty before boarding the ship. AND, don't touch the TV remote control without gloves on.
Cool video
You are the first truckie I viewed that I MIGHT accept as a son-in-law (even if you are a Kanookian)
Hello there ! From France with love .... A not too french kiss for Diesel lol
One good thing .......you can't quit trucking to be a hair farmer. Be safe brother
I been waiting how the fairy will go. Poor diesel had to stay in the truck. Thanks for the video.
Are you talking about the tooth "fairy LOL?" Yes, I HAD TO GO THERE!! :-)
Great episode. I like them all, but really enjoyed this one especially
Is hello Josh is King Diesel with you? On the boat I would like to have company. You are a superstar amongst Truck’n videos 😊
hi use to live ns then nb then move to manitoba in end of 2001 begain 2002 nice see to some of ns nb
eight hours on a boat is a bit long for a dog for not going to pee or worse....

That was Cool! Thanks sooo much for videoing this... That sucks tho that Diesel had to stay in the truck...😟
I want to take that ferry. Our ferries here in Washington state are boring in compassion. lol
Beautiful car there at 5:27
The Kit Tinsley what car?
@@NYlocked My bad the one at 5:27 on the right on the flat bed.
I miss tarping......said no one EVER!!!!

Hey Josh This is my first vid I love it and will be watching for the other vids!
You should have brought your Playstation to play Farming Simulator on that MASSIVE screen! 🤣
Trucker Josh, if you touch the speaker symbol that appears ar the lower left of the screen when Karen is talking you can mute her. Touch 8t again to unmute.
Have you been on any of the Washington state ferries.
i never knew trucks could go on ferrys lol where do they go?
Thanks for that wonderful, relaxing boat ride Josh!! I’m so sorry that Diesel had to stay in the truck. That’s animal cruelty you know? Take care and looking forward to your return trip back on the boat.
Need to organize! Excuse, if you wait all day you can use your time to Organize!!!! Just a thought 🤔

Nice Ship!!
Very nice 👌
13:27 "HA 'merica" LoL
very inserting video thanks / josh
Where is Diesel while your in your stateroom?
He has to stay in the truck.
Have you ever been out to Vancouver Island?
Very nice....very essential....very funny.
How does Diesel make it on those 8 hr boat rides? That's a long time to hold it.
Most dogs can go that long. Many people go to work and leave their dogs home so they hold it longer than 8 hours. It is what they get used to.
Nice that they gave you some smiths snacks sandwiches, made exclusively in Newfoundland
They look like the cabins on the cruise ships a bit smaller but a lot like them! Too bad Diesel had to stay in the truck!
You have your muffin for dessert son.
2 days ago. How.. unlisted sharing first?
Trucker Mom in the vlog

How does diesel deal with a long ferry ride?
Good job Josh I love that cabin 👌 how close are the trucks on the ship
Trucks and cars are on a lower level. You go up stairs to the cabins and decks.
Watched some of your old footage of visiting Newfoundland. How many times have you been now Josh? I was trying to find the one series with Britt going to Newfoundland.
I'm not sure. Probably about a dozen
Very Nice! 🤣
damn right truckers are essential, yall deliver our goods with out yall we would need to drive to the factories
Have u never been on a cruise ship lmao? Thats a floating hotel, what you are on is like what the crew sleeps in.
Talking about the Titanic on a boat is not clever lol
I heard it's very nice
What does the dog do want your on the boat
VERY NICE !!!!
lol You forgot the air horn test on the new truck
I was going to ask about Diesel, but I’d see that’s a sore subject. I was wondering if you were even going to be able to open your door as tight as they had you packed in there!
Is the transmission automatic or automated manual?
But he's also mentioned getting used to the clutch. So I'm thinking it's an automated manual.
