- This Is the Skincare routine that keeps my skin clear and stops my acne. I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager and I also had adult acne. After changing my skincare routine I was able to clear my acne and have clear skin again! This Is the best skincare routine for stopping acne/face acne. I also think that my diet, in which I cut out certain foods plus things like protein powder and alcohol is what helps top my acne. Drinking water and having vitamin c tablets are also great for curing acne scars and stopping face acne. This video will hopefully help people struggling with acne in school, as a teenager, at uni or as an adult. #acne #skincare - please remember this is not medical advice. Watching your vlog with my 17yrs. old son also named Dylan. He’s 2wks. on accutane, this acne has really been tough on him & it affects me as well, I really feel bad for my son. I suffered from acne in my teens and early 20s. The reason I had the problem was that I have very greasy skin. The good news is that I have always looked younger than my actual age. Dry skin ages quicker, greasy skin takes longer the wrinkle. Avoid sugar, that’s the culprit. Also (for me) dairy is to be avoided.

Excited to stay ahead of the game preparing myself for post-accutane. Do you use any retinols or retinoids btw or any exfoliation besides the ones shown in this video?

good content bro🤟, adds to the knowledge i got fighting my acne’ i am so close to getting rid of it and i noticed like yeah eating alot of sugar at once will spike oil production on my skin and i get breakouts cause of that but am on a good diet and on a good skincare routine
