Been watching you for many years but I have not been on here in a year and a half my husband of 30 years passed away last year stage four pancreatic cancer . Thro the good lord I’m healing slowly getting back to doing what I love watching your cooking show and cooking . Looks wonderful 💕
Love you both. Yu'all are awesome all the time. I am 74 now and I grew up in a very sustainable farm. It was alot of work, but we started as toddlers and we didn't see it as work. It was just away of life. No electricity and no indoor plumbing until I was 8. Wouldn't change nothing. It taught us 5 kids good work ethics.
A visit with you and Mr. Brown is good for the soul. I find that I miss you if I don't watch for a week or so🐣. Thank you for all you do to brighten our day.
I can’t find my very antique impossible pie recipe booklet. I am so glad you did this video, it’s one of my favorites. It’s hard to believe these are from the 70s and 80#. The impossible seafood pie is great
The Bisquick Impossible cheeseburger pie was always my kid’s favorite while growing up. I think this recipe will become my husband and mine’s favorite!! Thank you Miss Lori❣️

I started making the Impossible pies back when Bisquick put out their little Impossible Pies Cookbook. I love throwing everything in the blender and pouring it into a pan, and bake! They are great recipes.
Those tea towels are a real treasure, so wonderful that they are hand stitched. I just loved this video sharing. I could listen to you and Mr Brown all day long. Such a blessing to be invited into your home.
I always loved to make impossible pies. My grandma first gave me a the Coconut Pie back in the 70s. I made the main dish ones often for a quick supper when my boys were still at home. For dessert, one of my favorites is the Impossible Cheesecake.
I love this pie. I made it often for along time I lost the recipe during my three moves. Now I can make the pies and enjoy. Thank you for sharing this pie.
This has always been my favorite Impossible pie recipe. After making a Weight Watcher's version of it in the 70's with spaghetti squash instead of coconut and sweetener instead of sugar I've always also added 1 teaspoon of coconut extract too. It is essential in the diet version but also makes the regular version yummier too. Just bought a can of that condensed coconut milk for the pantry recently but with an eye to making cheater fudge for nondairy folks this Christmas. Thanks for the reminder of this lovely dessert, Lori.
I haven't made an impossible pie in 4o years. They were pretty popular back in the 70s & 80s and easy to make for a young married girl who could barely cook! This pie and the Taco pie were my favorite. Thankyou for posting and I enjoyed seeing your pretty tea towels!
That coconut pie looks so good, I love anything custard!! My Uncle used to work at a flour mill and he would bring the flour sacks home with him and my Aunt would sew them by hand and she would paint on each one!! I wish I had some of those now! Love the t-towels!! ❤
I have always loved that pie, but it’s been many years since I’ve had it. Your idea of using the condensed coconut milk sounds like a game changer!😱 Thanks for the stroll down memory lane with this oldie but goodie….😊😋 ❤️-Brenda
I remember when all those impossible pie recipes came out by Bisquick. I never tried a single one of them but always wanted to. Don't ask me why I didn't try them but now I'm going to make that coconut pie. It looks so very, very good.! Hugs!
I love just a regular egg custard. My mom made it for us growing up. I made it a while ago and loved it, but I can't get my family to eat it so I don't get to enjoy it very often.
Miss Lori, the pie looks yummy. Will have to make it. Know my mom made it when I was young. Your tea towels are so pretty. My sister and I do embroidery by hand. Keeps our hands busy, and we enjoy it.
I'm sixty-eight years old, my mama used to make it all the time, my dad always wanted something sweet after eating supper. my dad's favorite pie was chocolate thank you for all your videos that you put out I've watched many of them my husband spent his summers in Arkansas when he was a youngster with his aunt and uncle,❤ so thank you from this South Texas gal❤😊

I embroidery by hand, seven hand towels with the days of the week on them in 1974 before we married! I kept a few even though they are well used! I have some from my grandmother too! The pie looked great! My husband will love it too! Blessings ❣️❣️
