We keep between meal snacks to 5 or below glycemic load. We never go hungry or crave. We stop eating as we get full to not over eat. We are so much healthier. You can go lower GL load on a diet to lose weight or fast some or go keto or carnivore to lose to lose more weight. But we don't regain weight eating low GL foods you see rose cook. Yes we eat some high GL meals with friends and family sometimes but go right back to low GL afterwards. We eat some nuts between meals and stay active God nless

We lost fifty pounds and are all most always no sugar and avoid potatoes, wheat bread and pastas, rice starches and sugar sodas and sugar fruit drinks. We eat meat, veggies, dairy, beans and greens, drink some milk, cheese, nuts and fruits while watching the total glycemic load of all foods in a meal usually staying below 10 to 15 glycemic carb load per meal we keep snacks and fruits at
