  • You won't buy bread anymore , incredibly soft and fluffy
    A super easy hot cross bun recipe that makes the softest and fluffiest homemade Easter buns.
    🍞INGREDIENTS (This recipe is to make 9 hot cross buns)
    ☘️Poolish
    Bakers flour 50g
    Instant yeast 1g
    Water 50g
    ☘️Dough
    Bakers flour 210g
    Cocoa powder 12g
    Instant yeast 3g
    Caster sugar 35g
    Milk powder 15g
    Milk 70±g
    Egg 50g
    Salt 3g
    Ground cinnamon 6g
    Vanilla extract ½ tsp
    Unsalted butter 25g
    Chocolate chips 60g
    ☘️Paste for whitebcross
    Plain flour 20g
    Water 25g
    ☘️Bun wash
    Caster sugar 10g
    Water 8g
    Bring to a boil until sugar dissolved, then let it cool
    ☘️ ** Preheat oven to 170C/340F, and bake at 170C/340F for 20~22 mins
    ☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

    ☘️ 波蘭種
    高筋麺粉 50克
    速發酵母1克
    水50克
    ☘️主麺團
    高筋麺粉210克
    可可粉 12克
    速發酵母3克
    細砂糖 35克
    奶粉 15克
    牛奶 70±克
    雞蛋液50克
    鹽 3克
    肉桂粉 6克
    香草精華 ½茶匙
    無鹽黃油25克
    巧克力豆 60克
    ☘️十字麺糊
    普通麺粉 20克
    水 25克
    ☘️表面糖水
    細砂糖 10克
    水8克
    煮沸讓糖融化,放涼即可使用
    ☘️**預熱烤箱170C/340F, 170C/340F烘烤20~22分鐘
    ☘️請根據您用的模具和自己烤箱來適當調整溫度和時間。

    薩姐你好,我的麵包做出來是偏乾的,但味道很好,如想改善是否要增加奶量,或是減少烘焗時間?
    我這邊室溫25度,波蘭種在小杯一小時已長高一倍,但我繼續發酵了共2小時,升高1.5倍。這樣有影響嗎?

      @@LisasKitchen I live in Vietnam. So what kind of baked chocolate chips are you? The cake is very delicious, for a few days it is still soft and fragrant.
