ALL clear of DreamFactory's Ehrgeiz.
PLAYED ON REAL HARDWARE via AxunWorks Supergun Mini + OSSC
Few differences from the PSX version I noticed were the animated crowd in the first stage, the explosion when Django limps off, the intermission screen showing the map and no character endings. I highly recommend checking out the PSX version if only for the fun Quest Mode that's built like a hack and slash with randomized dungeons.
Some tidbits: To fight Cloud and Tifa you need to get to and beat Sasuke within 6 minutes and I believe 40 seconds. To defeat Red Scorpion at the end you need to break the boxes and throw the swords into him. Hori released a promotional arcade stick for the PSX release that came with a replica of Yoko's yo-yo.

I’m not sure. Assuming it’s US version but I’m not aware of any regional differences.
