Nas was right then...and he is right now. REAL hip hop is dead, it has been replaced by some liquid zombie shit. The culture is gone. So sad cause I grew up with it and it meant something. You needa start reacting to KRS-One, Grand Puba and Big Daddy Kane. Anyway, you can thank Iron Butterfly, the first real metal group ever, and their 17 year old guitarist, for their song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" for this dope ass sample. This is one of the dopest beats in hip hop. BTW, "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" is how a drunk band member of Iron Butterfly heard "In The Garden of Eden" and well, it just stuck.
