  • Interfacing helps to give fabric structure and stability. There are 2 types - fusible (iron on) and non fusible (sew in). This video shows you how to apply fusible interfacing to fabric using an iron.

Thank you! I bought generic interfacing from Amazon which didn’t come with any instructions so your video was just the job!

Lovely video thank you. I bought some fusible interfacing - however it doesn’t have a shinny side. Have I been given the wrong stuff?

try on a test piece with both sides and see which one works best

It could be that it is sew in interfacing (non fusible) if it doesn’t have a shiny side (or perhaps lower quality so it’s difficult to tell)?

I tried different ways.... but nothing I do, makes the fusible interfacing stick to the cloth !!

Sorry you are having problems with the sound. It could be that the audio is on the quiet side on this one but with the volume up high it can be heard. Hope you can get it to work.
