Madam, my fathers deed includes Family burial ground namely for his three children including me.Same was included in sisters share but clearly mentions she cannot hinder its purpose.Later she sold this property to another sister. She is also one among three children.Now that property was acquired by govt but compensation issued only to sister who purchased the land. Quoting her tax payer LAO released compensation only for her.Is it correct?
