  • Dr. Rowe goes over how to relieve a lower back bulging disc in 30 SECONDS!
A lower back bulging disc (also known as a slipped disc or herniated disc) is one of the main causes of a PINCHED nerve that may result in lower back pain and sciatica. Symptoms generally include sharp, shooting sciatic leg pains into the buttocks, leg, and feet.
One of the easiest ways to help relieve pain from a bulging disc is to TRACTION the spinal discs, that is to pull on them to reduce pressure.
That way bulging material is brought back into the spinal disc, and off the pinched nerve, allowing you to heal and have less pain.
These spinal DECOMPRESSION traction stretches and exercises are safe, natural movements and can be done at home. The great part is, they may help relieve pain from a lower back bulging disc in as little as 30 SECONDS!
WATCH now to quickly fix a lower back bulging disc!

Been suffering with sciatica pain from a slipped disc for around 1 month now, having implemented stretching/yoga into a daily routine, I seen slight improvement over the month. I've just used this video over the course of 3-4 days and the pain has all but disappeared....👏👏🙌🙌 Great effort.

Y'ALL. I'm 20 with horrible sciatica and multiple bulging discs in my lower back. I have done physical therapy, treatments, etc., but when I tell you nothing gave me more immediate relief than this.. I mean it. Wow, I have been hunched over like a granny all day but I did one-just ONE-of these stretches and all of the pain eased up almost instantly. I laughed as soon as I did the stretch because all of the tension in my lower back released. It was such a relief 😂 will be doing multiple times a day. thank you thank you

3 years ago I had herniated disk, I tried everything, it didn’t go away. I took appointment with surgeon, and from that they I started saying myself, it will go away in 1 month, you will be fine. And started using lidocaine sprays for numbing pain that I can sleep. I kept myself busy with working, cooking, playing Xbox, watching funny shows, and most importantly I stopped watching news and deleted my social media to stay away from all negatives. The day before surgeon called me to come for mri, and he checked it and said you don’t need anything, your 13mm bulging disc is now 5, keep doing what you do. I stayed positive, started swimming. That’s it. Good luck you all, stay positive, and your pain will go away

Omg! I have been having severe pain in my lower back. Went to ER, got anti-inflammatory, ladicaine, Valium and something else I can't remember, xrays.. felt better until it all started to wear off, at pharmacy got more pain killers, thought I was going to have to call an ambulance to go back tonight, and got on google, seen your site, came to RUclips, tried video at 5:07, bent over arm of chair and it was immediately gone, seriously.. it was like it never happened other than having sore hips and sore muscles from all the damn moving around trying to use other parts of my body to compensate for lack of use of my lower back.... I can't believe it, it is like it almost never happened!! Up walking, moving, no more pain.. I am in shock, like it almost never happened!!! Holy cow!!! Thanks for your video..probably saved me from losing my job.. I have missed 4 days of work and just started this job on the 29 of November... bulging disk for sure 👍 Thanks, really 🙏

You just relieved so much of my lower back pain, it was going into my stomach and I was starting to think it was a really bad stomach ache untill I stood up and started stretching, I sit at my computer, and I don't have a desk, its set on top of 2 totes on top of each other, so i have to kinda lean forward, towards my computer so im always in a learn instead of being able to sit straight up. Its horrible for my back, I have 7 herniated discs in my back, I just got tests done recently. Its still hurting a little but wow I was not even able to sit up or even stand straight for that matter.👉 You sir are a legend.

@@loveshore4721 The Dr could answer you if you would give more details. Have you been seen by a Dr since the pain started? If you did, what did they say? If you have not seen a Dr, you really should! I know he is an excellent Doc, but he cannot diagnose anything without doing a physical exam and asking lots of questions. As a Registered Nurse (RN) I can tell you that back pain is not one size fits all; meaning there are so many different variables and everyone has a different medical history as well as their own “normal”. In the medical field, we do not speculate, guess or generalize.
I hope that gives you something to go on. Yes, I know I didn’t answer your question.
