How Easy Is The Sun & Sprouts Complete Sprouting Kit?

This is my very first time growing sprouts in a mason jar. The first batch turned out surprising better than I ever expected. I'm thrilled with the results.
One of the biggest things is to remember to wash with filtered water in both the morning and at night... and wash two times. I learned that from this video, • HOW TO SPROUT SEEDS | ... , so thank you to ‪@Foodtolive‬ for making that video.
Right now I am on day 4 of my next batch. I just finished up all the contents from the first jar today. I'm just putting sprouts on everything and grabbing little pinches throughout the day.

Try red clover and mung bean sprouts too great in miso and salads.

Ive seen multiple sprouting kits on the market. Is it imoortant to find one that blocks light?

initially it helps, but you can keep them in a closet or a drawer to keep it dark the the first few days. If you aren't following Epic Gardening, they have some awesome guides/tutorials/etc that know way more than I do, www.youtube.com/@epicgardening
