I'd actually recommend that you check out the 1997 animated series that came after. Airing on the Kids WB, it's actually was pretty well written series and represented the source material much more faithfully, taking even some dark routes, but also sees J and K being humorous like in the movie. It actually expands on ideas that the 1997 movie left out. Like Agent L deciding on to going back to the morgue, but choosing to stay on. Also, remember this scene where K shows James those pictures, and this is revealed (12:21 - 12:50)? They did an episode on that too. Seriously, I'd recommend you check it out. Men In Black the comics were a interesting blend, basically The X-Files with dark humor. Published by Aircel & Malibu comics from 1990-1991. Then Marvel Comics got the rights and kept the series standalone (non Marvel universe) with one shot stories and an comic adaptation of the first film. The director is Barry Sonnenfeld (2 of The Addams Family films/Get Shorty) and he did this original trilogy. Smith & Jones unexpectedly worked so well together. Jones is usually so serious (still is) and did have some laughs. Smith was on the rise as an movie star after Bad Boys, ID4 and proved again he could hold his own with veterans of film. Later re-teaming with DJ Jazzy Jeff to record his 'Return To Rap' album, Big Willie Style (Gettin Jiggy Wit It, Just The Two of Us, Miami). RIP to veteran actor Rip Torn aka Zed. The animated series ran 4 seasons (53 episodes). MIB 2 was decent, but needed to be better with some of the laughs. MIB 3 was just as good as the original and an worthy bookend. MIB International aka MIB 4 (2019) is not as loved as the others. But you'll have to see for yourself.

I did see something flying in the night sky directly above me once where I simply couldn't figure out what the hell it was. And that's saying something because I'm pretty much into aviation. So it was a "UFO" because that stands for unidentified flying object. Would be cool if it really was aliens, but chances are that it was just a weird looking helicopter or something. Nevertheless, it freaked me out anyway because it was totally silent. I was in a park of a big city at the time but it was very late in a winter evening so no one else was around. I checked the news over the next few days, but there was no word about it. And no, I wasn't drunk or high or anything at the time either, just walking through the park on my way home when that thing passed over me. Never found out what it was...

Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith worked so well together here, this is probably the strong film in the franchise. I loved the part with the wife who called it the "Edgar suit." 😂
I loved the hell out of the MIB movie, freaked me out the first time watching it as a kid, especially the Edgar scenes but man I loved how all conspiracies just boil down to 'Aliens'. Best thing to come out of it was the animated series. Absolute banger intro.
Fun fact, the writer got the idea for the men in black movie from a real life encounter he had with the men in black, but that encounter made him think, what was their job like for them, what were their lives like, then he created the comic book, then Director Steven Spielberg’s people saw the comic & the rest is cinematic history.
As a fellow Gen-Xer, David Cross has done some of my favorite roles, like Tobias Funke in the show "Arrested Development", Dwight in "Scary Movie 2", and his recurring role as Donnie on "Just Shott Me". He was even a random NPC Marine in "Halo 2" and absolutely gave the most hilarious lines in the game. I made an effort to keep that Marine alive every time I came across him so I could hear more of his dialogue.
I know most people didn't enjoy Mib International. I liked it enough but I was so disappointed that Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson didn't have their MCU chemistry.
Lol, the little grunt when Edgar hits the screen door makes me laugh every damn time. The novelization confirms that Jay is right on all accounts. He questions why they are there while "Captain America"just repeats what is said. He does problem solving with the table and doesn't judge the aliens by their appearance, taking out the real threat in the process. "Did you ever flashy thing me K?" "No... "I ain't kidding K, have you ever flashy thinged me!" "No..." Lmao, Frank getting "shaken down"by K NEVER fails to make me laugh. It's hilarious, just the dogs expressions and the little "rowr! Rowr!" noises, XD Tommy Lee Jones is clearly corpsing during this scene too, XD
Don't be fooled by ""Marvel Comic" the comic was published by an indie company, Aircel, which was purchased by another indie company, Malibu, and that was purchased by Marvel shortly before this movie came out.
2:24 I never knew about the comic until I saw this movie (and I’m pretty sure I missed that note the first time I saw the movie). What I didn’t know until very recently is that the comic is actually based on a real-life conspiracy theory. Apparently men in black (though they don’t look exactly like men) show up where of things happen (mothman encounters, skinwalker ranch, Bigfoot sightings, etc). 8:51 no, don’t really care about the NFL, but I love college football and I’m watching this just a few days after watching the Rambling Wreck take down F$U. #THWG 15:08 absolutely agree. I’ve driven from Atlanta to Connecticut several times and I always go I-81 through VA and PA up to I-84 to avoid NJ and NY.
The funny thing about The Worms and why they love coffee so much. In their homeworld, coffee is seen as a food stuff of royalty. So by drinking it on Earth, they feel like the biggest hedonists because coffee is everywhere on Earth. The Worms are pretty much in it to have a good time. Pretty nice people all things considered.
If you're ever curious, the pug alien frank has a true form and is revield on the old Mib animated series. I'm sure you can find a picture. You don't see what he looks like in the movies.

Fun fact, the writer got the idea for the men in black movie from a real life encounter he had with the men in black, but that encounter made him think, what was their job like for them, what were their lives like, then he created the comic book, then Director Steven Spielberg’s people saw the comic & the rest is cinematic history.
I'd love to see you react to: The Princess Bride, The Fifth Element, A Knight's Tale.
Watching A Knight's Tale would change Angelina's stars. 😏
I will watch literally any Knight's Tale reaction on RUclips.
My Edgar suit is currently at the dry cleaners.
I subbed after you gave yourself the quick lizard eyes 😂
Almost missed that bit at 5:39 !
Awesome reaction of my favorite Men In Black episode!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
Angelina it did pilot a spaceship from its planet to earth. Reasonably sure it could figure out how to drive a van.
Men in black lets go ...i love all the movies in the franchise even though alot dont like some of em
"Did you ever flashy thing me K?"
"No...
"I ain't kidding K, have you ever flashy thinged me!"
"No..."
Lmao, Frank getting "shaken down"by K NEVER fails to make me laugh.
#THWG
15:08 absolutely agree.
Best to watch the second and the third really soon. They're all related. And, whatever the internet says, there is no forth MIB.
5:39 👁👁 Reaction channels have cgi budgets now!?
I actually thought she already seen the first MIB movie
4:23 that's because it was actually an improv
It's 1:01PM and I'm watching a reaction to MIB
Vincent D'Onofrio is really an underrated actor.
Watch the guardians of the galaxy movies. They are so good
Casablanca's like, a perfect movie
"Vaya vaya. Malévolo cucarachón se nos puso sentimental"
It is 10:09 am & I'm watching your reaction to MIB 😊
What a wonderful reaction!! Angelina!!
28:29 this one of the coolest reviles ever!!
Yay Finally Thanks you 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤😊😊😊😊 Angelina ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊 Congratulations Good Luck ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
This movie is so good. True classic
Animated series & Movie 1-4 🤗
You definitely need to watch MIB2 and then re-watch (with greater comprehension) the excellent MIB3. But you also have to give us a reaction to "Casablanca," one of the greatest films ever made! I think you'll find it a lot more interesting now with the benefit of your greater experience in critiquing movies.
Woah first time !? Only yesterday did I discover my old VHS from 1997... Love this movie.
I always forget that MiB is Marvel.
Love that K argues J about shooting guns in public but then shakes a dog in public and got lucky no animal activists went towards him.
Yes to the next two films! The third one has Josh Brolin aka Thanos aka Cable from Deadpool 2.
I forgot Mib was Marvel comics, imagine MiB cameos in the MCU now
This movie was practically made to show all the ways Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are awesome
I'm beyond excited for this football season
Can't wait for MIB2 and MIB3 🖤✨
The exit of john malcovitch is somewhere on the south jersey turnpike
Absolutely love your videos!! Also would you plan on continuing umbrella academy? S4 just came out and I enjoyed the S1 reactions
The eye blink edit was slick. Almost woulda missed it if the viewer blinked. Lol.
Independence Day (1996) is another sci fi action movie with Will Smith that you should watch next.
Would be cool if they could add easter eggs and mentioning in current and future Marvel Studios (Phases) story arcs: Movies & TV Series- Live Action about Men in Black Universe.
Since it is also from Marvel comics and other comics publishers.
