I reached Gaur Plains yesterday. When the in-game time shifted to night and this piece of score sounded off, man, i found myself gradually submerged in it. Such a beautiful gem.
I don’t know what it is about this soundtrack that is so masterful it’s just otherworldly. They literally revamped the whole OST in the definitive edition likely with new advanced music recording tech. But it just doesn’t hit the same as these old tunes from the Wii edition. I will be jamming to this OST periodically for the rest of my days. It’s just that good
The night and day dynamic in Xenoblade is so cool. Some of the most iconics changes are found on Fonsa Mima in Xeno 2 and Satoril Marsh. Those two are drastic chnges. Others remain almost the same like inside Uraya. And finally, the ones that have subtle changes and remain in the same vein but with the atmosperic touch, like this one. Such great music overall.
Wow its so weird listening to this on youtube after playing the collectors edition vinyl it's so much better on the vinyl wish it would sound the same on youtube but it just takes something away. Funny thing is when I bought the collectors edition I assumed it came with the music on a cd so I was kinda surprised to find a vinyl record as I don't own a record player how after listening to it on my dads record player it's hard to argue with him when he said vinyl sounds better not that I did I am not a fun music with the exception of game music it's always better than so artist as it's made to convey a feel or atmosphere and not appeal to a certain type of person or ideal.
If I had an elevator in my house, I would use this as the elevator music.
If I did that, I'd never want to leave the elevator.

It still sounds like a trophy gallery in Super Smash Bros, this Brawl feeling.

You probably finished the game by now, how was it?
I just got the game for Christmas. Thanks (friend of mine)!
I made it to Colony 6 now
@@bus8398I haven’t finished it😂 but it’s good and definitely worth a shot.

The tempo for this is just perfect

Better than the day version. And I love the day version.
This is the song that made me fall in love with this game
That one hideout that needed an actual elevator.
(Seriously it was only for a Heart a Heart)
LOVE this song. It reaaaally reminds me of Kingdom of Ixa’Taka in Skies of Arcadia actually, both sound so ethereal.
Nunca olvides skies of Arcadia
I've always loved the day/night dynamic they give to the Xenoblade OSTs.
I love this ost. Never played the game though!
If you ever get the game then let me tell you it's more than worth it
@@simondezombie9001Me too never played it and im looking to be the definitive edition on switch

It's best if you listen to this song with eyes closed
This should be combined with the Gaur Plain music track in Smash.
