Love your Chesterfield videos! I moved back here from Los Angeles in 2020 and chose Chesterfield over Nashville. Lol grew up in STL and lots of family here. I am coming from Mexico and the type on new houses being built on these projects is very similar to new developments in third world countries like my country. People, please, don’t buy this shit unless you wanna leave on a bird’s house and pay like if you would live on Buckingham’s palace.

Slightly more than 100 condos! Chesterfield mall will also have some great options but is a couple years out from happening

The only detail you need to know is that Chesterfield is only 20 miles from St Louis and unless you have a giant border wall separating the two I'd Wonder how long it's going to take before the black Plague starts negatively affecting those new developments?
