This was OK however I felt 30 secs recovery is too long. I would have done 30 secs Sit up followed by 5 push AND then recover for 10 secs. The idea is good, I just would have changed the tempo for sure. AND the plank, I would have done on elbows.
You want a shorter break, but an easier plank?🤔
@@ianwilsonjr.8154 I dont believe an elbow plank is easier IF you do an advanced version of the elbow plank.
