I'm not tossing around theories or anything, but it seems the investigators are pretty sloppy with their scenes; glossing over things, leaving possible evidence, and leaving trash and tools behind. Not saying it's deliberate, but it's definitely neglectful.

At one time we were taking care of three different strays that had been left behind. Eventually we had to drop them off at the humane society because we were moving and couldn't afford take care of the dogs anymore sadly.

What a dark, evil city. I am blown away by the carelessness of law enforcement and human decency. Dumping dead pets and people off on the side of the road, police littering the streets and failing to clean up biohazards, leaving pieces of human remains out in the open, lowlives killing just because they didn't get their way - it's all just so unsettling.
I cannot believe people jog in that park. Absolutely unfathomable. During the day is it just like any other park? Do families go there? Does anyone camp? I just can't believe a place condemned to be a perpetual murder site could be maintained as a public park.

I meant that they all seem calm when saying it’s any sort of living thing thrown in a bag and dumped in the woods (they aren’t shocked by it cause it happens a lot). It also seems like a common occurrence for animals to get dumped there so I don’t think he was making it up. Like the cop in this video said that it could be human but also dog or deer, meaning they get a lot of dogs left there too.

It's a crying shame that such a beautiful place has been so permanently tainted by the most disgusting, evil acts of Maryland's worst. These monsters can ruin anything of value for the rest of us. A park should be a place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city, to breathe nature in, & get a healthy walk or jog in, while enjoying being amongst nature. Leakin Park can never be a lush, green paradise for anyone who is familiar with what its used for...a cadaver dump. And I'm still shocked that the police missed those huge skull fragments, especially the jaw with obviously human teeth. I assume Baltimore's law enforcement is just so overwhelmed with horrific crimes that it's just another body to them. Maybe to be able to cope with their job, they must remove their emotions, & I can't really fault them for doing a job that I could never handle. It would be so difficult to feel like you were making a difference, when the same crimes keep on happening over & over. I do pray for the families of these victims. @@liamscanlon469 No, @Mike Jones isn't saying "maybe it means this", he's telling you the truth! When someone gets arrested for serious shit, and keeps walking away with pbj (probation before judgement), it's because they snitched and got other people in trouble to save themselves. At that point, they're a c.i (confidential informant), a snitch! And people catch on really fast when someone is a snitch, and there's no love for a snitch on the streets. I'm not even in the drug game, but as Baltimore says "snitches end up in ditches!" In Baltimore, and I'm sure a whole lot of other places, seeing something is likely to get you killed, but talking about it...well then you're pretty much asking for it. Sad but true.

MARSOC 5th Pltn Tier1 Tier2 I live outside of Baltimore now but I lived in the city for years and everything you said is 100% correct. If someone sees something, they hardly ever talk about it because they know what will happen to them and their families if they open their mouth. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time can seriously get you killed in that city and I’m so glad I live in the country now.

@@laurenjanus9235 I just found a place in PA in the middle of nowhere, and it is beautiful! There are untouched streams and rivers, it's 209 acres and I'm taking it! I grew up going back and forth between Baltimore and Pennsylvania and I've always wanted to live there, not here. I still have family there and that's how I found this property: I'm literally supplying up as we speak. And as far as "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil"? My closest neighbor is 28 miles away, as the crow flies, and "town" is 90 miles away. It's almost identical to what it was like when I was growing up. I'm so happy lol. Have a happy new year and God bless. Thanks for your reply!

Intensely SAD and moving! I applaud you for raising awareness within your community. Your photography is breathtaking, in many ways. The story is heartbreaking. Based upon the circumstances you have told us, the facts provided, the appearance of two messy crime scenes that were NEVER cleaned up immediately after and the carelessness of them leaving REAL EVIDENCE LIKE HUMAN BONES, and the lackadaisical and nonchalant attitude of your local “authorities “ on this leads me to FEEL and BELIEVE in my heart of hearts that the “so-called” suspect they have in custody for ONE of the murders IS NOT the perpetrator of either killing....rather all fingers point to ONE SOURCE.....A source I dare say that EVERYONE KNOWS who did this but is AFRAID TO SPEAK OUT and call them out...lol I won’t even but I hope my insinuation is CLEAR. Thank you Dan Bell for CARING when no one else did and exposing them. SOMEDAY THEY WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
