Ditch the "Rover" engine and use a 340/350 Buick with alloy aftermarket heads instead,
T/A Performance makes a lot of performance parts for these engines (taking over where Kenne Bell left) The 350 are capable of making a lot of power with a very slight weight increase....

I’m building a twin turbo (sierra cosworth turbos) 3.5v8. Omega pistons etc flowed heads. Hopefully 350/400 bhp.
Question is… will the R380 gearbox take it. It’s a Ashcroft heavy duty bearing gearbox.
