This is great!
For those confused why this works with *two* unknown variables (which would ordinarily be a show-stopper for the Solver), it's because _x_ isn't really a variable here, it's just a temporary placeholder for values between the lower and upper bounds of the integral.
I came back to this problem with the ClassWiz and it did everything except it was actually slower than the TI-36XPRO. Usually, it is the other way around. The TI solved this last equation in about 20 seconds where the ClassWiz took over a minute. Hats off to both calculators since as far as I know, they are the only 2 non-graphing calculators that can handle these types of problems.
¡¡¡¡¡Muchas gracias!!!!!
Thank you. The nice thing is you can actually do something like this on the ClassWiz though the processor isn’t as fast than the one the CG50 has.
Video on Classwiz doing this coming very soon.
You're right! Just did it on the ClassWiz and it works.
Does anyone know how to type "%" into this calculator?
How do you do this is classwiz 991ex
Hey, can we store the values that we get from equation solver?
The value is stored automaticaly, in the second example, we solved for A, so the answer will be stored in memory A. If you go to run/matrix mode and recall A, you will find the value there!
what about indef integral
No it’s not capable of symbolic algebra.
when i press for x it gives me the T does anybody know how to change to X instead of the T
Perhaps you have a different model that operates slightly differently.
@@TheCalculatorGuide no no it is the same in the buttons de X appears besides the T and thetha I guess, but i dont know how to switch between them I used to be able to input the X with the same button but dont know how to go back to that
@@orlandofragoso7791 Yeah I have heard of this before. I am afraid I have no other solution but to reset the main memory. Just make sure there is nothing stored that you need in there.
Rip so sorry for the year late reply but it's because you're in parametric mode. From run matix, You need to do shift+menu to go to setup, then scroll down to func-type, which would say Param for you, then change it to Y=. Then the x button will write xs instead of Ts
Thanks for your effort. I may do a video using this information .
wow, I did not know you could solve for an unknown limit with the CG50... love it.
Casio, if you are reading this, please upgrade the CG50 🙏
You can also find points on a function that has a particular gradient using the same method! Awesome.
