    ⨸ Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Vɪᴅᴇᴏ ⨸ - An in-depth video looking at two application of forces questions and how we can use the Equation App to solve these problems. All the calculator activity is conducted in the equation application. Simultaneous equations are used to solve acceleration and tension of a system all in one. We then solve f=ma and an equation of motion using the Solver facility and stored values.

    Why was -6.6822 used at 18:25 instead of -6.6823?

      Good question. I guess it was truncated rather than rounded. This was done accidentally as it probably would have been better to round. Bear in mind, the full value stored in the calculator is used in the actual calculation.

    CG50 very suitable for Engineering task and GCSE/Btech/BSc courses .When I did GCE-A .Only allowed to use 15/20 yrs ago outdated Simple Scientific Calculator ( Useless when comparing to the Scientific Calculator manufactured after 2015 or later version).

    Excellent tutorial. I was able to solve this on the fx-991EX Classwiz, which is similar in operation except for the graphing and programming functionaltiy.

    Hey man - no idea whether to get 991ex or CG50 maths & further maths a level? Which would you recommend? Does CG50 have any extras worth while?

    • @TheCalculatorGuide
      @TheCalculatorGuide  5 месяцев назад +1

      The CG50 is more expensive and is harder to master but does have a greater number of features including graphing obviously. The fx-991EX is no longer available generally although you may get a used one. Great calculator, you can’t go wrong really.

      @@TheCalculatorGuide thank you. With the 991-CW a little more less intuitive I’m considering CG50. I appreciate your content.

    For question 1, particle P (6kg) is heavier than particle Q (4kg) so when you wrote out your equations of motion, how can particle P accelerate up the slope, would it not move down the slope as it is heavier? Should the equations of motion not be reversed as the whole system should be moving in the other way? Thank you

      You are the first person to spot that. You are correct, but too late to change that now. May do another video again soon to update
