Hi, I live in Hungary and really want to buy some betta fish. But Thailand and the USA are all away from my country. And I was reading some comments saying that the transhipper costs a lot. Should I buy fish from them or no?
I only had the one bad issue with a transhipper. I bought like 50 bettas from Thailand and had none show up dead. I would say talk with the seller and their transshipper first find out their polices especially with dead fish and refunds. Take pictures of everything. and the buyer protections on ebay and PayPal should keep you safe
These are excellent points and can avoid or lessen the hassle when problems happen. I read the negative reviews to see what the problem was and to discern if it really is the seller's fault or actually the poster's fault. I like to check how experienced the seller is with shipping and if they watch the weather on both ends for including the heat/cold paks.
YES! I do the same thing! I always sort reviews on amazon stuff by 1 star. Well first I see how many there are compared to 4 and 5 star xD then they I read em to see what the issue was and a lot of times its a shipping issue not a product one.
