The media made me hate djokovic growing up in the 2000s and 2010s
But the more I see him speak, the more I see what an honest and good man he is.

A good man who puts everyone at risk by promoting selfish anti-vaccine science denial. A good man who can't control his childish temper tantrums, one time even hitting a line judge.
      Arrogant, but a good man.

He clearly knew the rules beforehand and thought he would be given an exception and be able to play simply because of who he is. He ended up stating to the Australian Border Force that he was unvaccinated, and was ultimately deported from the country. I remember thinking in my mind that Rafael Nadal must be praying that Novak would not be able to play because he had a good chance of winning without him there and, sure enough, Rafael ending up being the men's champion :) I was so happy for Rafael because I know how he wanted it as badly as Novak.

Literally unprecedented in all of sports 🐐. The all time greatest men’s players ALL playing at the same time!!!! This has never happened and will never be replicated. As a diehard Rafa fan since 07, the Big 3 collectively are the GOAT with Djokovic the GOAT of all GOATS. It would take a Herculean feat to even replicate Federer or Nadal, let alone match or even eclipse Djokovic. We will never see anything remotely close to a “Big 3” in any sport.

Role Model? Thoroughly professional on the court? Djoker's racket smashing/throwing outbursts, gamesmanship (he practically invented walking off the court after losing a set), pointless arguments with umpires, ripping his shirt off in victory, and careless balls launched in anger, are well documented. Always found his admonitions to the crowd to "love me" after a victory as pretty pathetic.
