I have never used plastic chopping boards in my life. I don't understand why you would want to! Eliminate as much plastic as possible and use what specific items you need for fridge food storage between glass and only the most essential plastic items on continual recycling/rotation

can you prepare meat on this and would you wash with soap and water first before lemon/salt
You absolutely a prepare meat on them ! Just gotta give it a wash with hot soapy water after use
