feel the heat is the WRONG way to do that as everybody has a different feel as to what is too hot to touch for 2 seconds. In most cases coffee served that way is ONLY lukewarm. For IDEAL milk temperature use a thermometer and heat milk to 75*c, this gives a PERFECT drinking temperature coffee.
