    Thank you for becoming my source for knowledge and skill. An academic may call it the fountain of knowledge.
    I have to say yours and another one channel, videlicet M539, can teach television producers a thing or two about editing as well as script writing ✍.

    Did you change the rubber washers that are undet the blind nuts that hold the valve cover ?

    • @DeadEndRestorations
      @DeadEndRestorations  Год назад

      I did not, I'm guessing those get hard and cause leaks too??

    • @morm608
      @morm608 Год назад +1

      @@DeadEndRestorations over time they shrink, and you cannot make enough pressure on the valve covee gasket because the nut is blind. The cheap solution is adding a washer between the rubber one and the nut.

      @@DeadEndRestorations Valve covers I'm 99.9% done, lost one of the rubber grommets somewhere in the engine bay so I'll have to source that and fit it.
      Power steering is leaking, and it looks like it's in multiple areas too, it's hard to figure out where exactly it's coming from

    • @DeadEndRestorations
      @DeadEndRestorations  2 года назад +1

      Ya the grommets can fly around for sure. Power steering is tricky, just hope for your sake its not the small ones behind the driver headlight… 🤮
