That projector and screen set up is wild! Amazing! 50 inch screen I would never fit in my little apartment yet you figured out how to fit it exactly in the camper van. Relaxing and enjoyable to watch. Thank you!

love that you have a VW camper van - the US is absolutely HORRIBLE at carrying any good VWs - none of the diesels anymore, no vans, no hybrids, none of the really cool ones like Sciroccos, nothing good to speak of. So cool that you have one of the cool new VW vans - I love the setup in there! My best friend from grade school had a sweet maroon Vanagon that was so awesome to cruise around in.
I love the different frijitas chicken, beef, shrimp, pork etc; watching a thunderstorm on that would be like being right in the middle of it without getting soaked, LOL

Great video. We always take the slow cooker in the campervan - set it going in the morning, enjoy the great outdoors and have a hearty meal ready when you get back. It has a lid which helps with the clinging smells and has a fairly low power usage
Great content as usual Mike. However I had to do a little chuckle. Having gone through the 60s, VW camping to me meant the true VW Kombi van..painted with Peace and love etc and in psychedelic colors. Not a lot in comfort. But the camaraderie made up for it. And sharing a pipe at the end of the day with friends added to the whole thing. But I guess the 21st century is a whole new ball game, isn't it?? Take care and stay safe. Peace brother. ✌

Thank you very much Wolkswaggen! I think that it's a good project to show to the world which is the best model to go outside. You have to think that you don't have shower! And to be careful about the smoke inside (yes, I know, the kind of food not very with smoke)... One night, right, two, same, but one week... no shower and it depens but the smoke in... THE ENGLISH WAGON!!! I LOVE YOUUUUU. 😇
Love the projector. We have had a very similar set up on the boat for years now. Ours is about 50" too and as space is tight afloat it works really well.
Fajitas don’t usually get sour cream. But I understand your love of dairy. Your tortillas can be heated right on the same burner your pan is on. Your dog will love the tortillas plain. Just because they say they don't cook in their van doesn't mean you can't. You do what you want to do that makes you happy, don't worry about other people or what they do. The stove was put in there for reason and that's to cook on it. lol! That's your van, you do what makes you happy! :) Great video, keep them coming! :)

Really like the van. The projector screen is awesome. As for cooking inside, I’d suggest 12v duct fans and some hose and little duct work and you can evacuate the fumes/oils. Something simple could be temp for times you do cook.
A travelling cinema! Its good to see someone roughing it in the wild with nothing but every home convenience! I think even I might survive a night in that😜
We use regular pillows and bedsheets in our camper in the USA. If you have access to electric outlet, we use electric blanket for cold nights. Enjoy your campervan!
Your furry child is a Jack Russell isn't he? We have 3 and they're such toughies and excellent ratters. We also have a Scot terrier and a beautiful big gentle pavement special (our Scrapdog). The food looks delish and your van and equipment is wow! The tea 🍵 is healthy but doubt I'd manage it. 😅 I don't drink tea or coffee so guess I can't be a judge. As long as you enjoy 😉 it. Hope you and the doggy have awesome van camping times. We enjoy it and it's a break from the world's dramas. Just sit back and enjoy. Cheers 🍻
If your looking to get rid of smells in an enclosed space I recommend Price’s household odour eliminating candles. They work far better than any canned odour eliminator. Most major supermarkets stock them.

Hi Mike one idea for you cooking in camper. Your fan position it so it’s facing so it’s by the open window at cooker position with the fan blowing out through the window so it’s sucking the oily fumes out. Put one of those foam or other type extractor filters so it fits your window you will find a huge difference in smell or sticky oily substances around your van. Try it mate it’s worked for me!
Love your van. Wish I could afford one. Oh well, I'll stick to living in my tent and dream that one day I will be able to afford this van. Would make being homeless so much easier. Keep making more of this content.
Fish cooks really quickly and would probably use less gas. Fried salmon for example. If you ever wanted to conserve gas. The noise from Jack is not that noticeable on video, just let him do his wee doggie things 😂😂😂 I think you can make your bed in the morning and put the bed up already made with a duvet and pillows😊 I've seen people do that in other campervans.
The best part about this is that you can also project the image outside of your car, u just need a bigger piece of fabric stretched between two trees, turn your forest into a cinema
Great job on your variety of videos. Saw on on Simone the bloakes video. Suggest You check out IkeA for duvet for camping van. I purchased duvets from Ikea the last time I was in England and they keep us toasty in the cold upstate New York winters. We use the duvets for spring and fall tent camping works great and we don't bother with sleeping bags. Love your dog Jax. Enjoy you sharing your VW camper van, too. Love your stuff man, super relaxing and you're my go to when I'm trying to put the baby to sleep and want something to watch. N.B. typically the measurement of a screen is the hypotenuse not the width
Mike, you need a Cobb Grille for your camper van. You can grill on it with like 5 or 6 charcoal briquettes, so it's incredibly efficient and easy to clean. Highly recommended and pretty inexpensive.

I live and camped in New England. Mark Tain once said of New England if you do not like the weather wait five minutes. I have cooled out doors in aflooded field during torrential down pours, a blizzard. It sis not fun, it is not easy, but it can be done with the right number of tarps set up the right way otshiield your cooking area ad your fire source.
Have you ever thought of visiting USA? So many random places you can camp and not be noticed. From city to country, mountains, caves, we have it all. Anyway very fun video and new subscriber here.

Portable induction stoves are great, they are reasonably efficient, much safer and it bypasses any sort of fire bans or restrictions

Memory foam mattress toppers are a god send in a camper. Can be rolled up and compressed down much like your pillow
If you like stews, soups etc try a small pressure cooker. Very little steam and cooks quickly, saving fuel

Make lemon ginger and honey tea. Use the zest of one lemon and one orange, and some slivers of ginger, step in hot water, and add honey.

For frying try a 'Ridge Monkey'. They are great and will change your cooking experience. It can act as a little stove top mini oven for pizza etc too.

Hi Mate, I am massively into bushcraft and I also have a camperking camper. I use a snug pack jungle double blanket in the van it’s awesome.
