Try black semi gloss latex paint over one layer of spray paint for more even coverage. It's usually quite cost efficient, maybe more so than spray paint. Love your ideas!
I was thinking the same thing. My daughter had a lot of little trinkets rings and bracelets. I want something to hold it all in the same place. This might be perfect for sitting on her dresser.

You can also spray paint the basket another color to match decor. 2nd one possibility is endless! They would great at a craft fair to put small trinkets to sell...

Wow! Love both of them. Both are great depending on size of kitchen space. And the lady below said about bathroom organizer for the second one. It could also be used in any room of the house, office, bedroom, closet, etc...
These are actually cute and practical. They are easy to do, don't take up much counter space, and are functional. Some of the DIY's are lacking on one or all of these things, and many are just tacky. Kudos! 👏😁

They're both cute but the Goth in me will ALWAYS choose the black one!! And you can totally use this for hair ties and barrettes or cotton balls, Q-tips, cotton rounds for makeup removal, and other bathroom items, or even art supplies!!🖤💚🖤
