I've been shopping at Dollar Tree near me for these items for years. I bought the aloe gel today! Went in for dog flea stuff and a round hairbrush - didn't get either one, but somehow still left the store with $30.00 of other things! 😂

The 4 port charger is notorious for blowing the fuse that's inside of it relatively fast if you plug more than 2 items into it .
They also get very hot to the touch.
More expensive and better made ones will save you in the long run

Never buy cheap phone chargers regardless. They’re bad for your battery, if they won’t completely fry it. I had a cheap charger from Big Lots brick my iPhone like 12 years ago and ever since then I only buy trusted brands.
Don’t forget about memorial day. A lot of times we use Americana stuff for the decorating that holiday.
The cup at the end with the "type of filter" is actually a mixing shaker cup for protein/nutritional powders. Thanks for all you do... you're appreciated! 🦋
Car sunshades have multiple uses. I use them with my grow lights inside. You can also try to use them in an emergency as a solar oven.
Those are great suggestions! They'll probably help balcony growers, too. My balcony only gets mid-late afternoon sun before it sets, lol.
That dust pan comb thing is perfect for us! We have 7 cats, and I'm constantly vacuuming and sweeping. Then I have to take the fur off the broom bristles with my hands. That'd be so helpful.
I know right.. only if we thought about that years ago.😊

I watch this and “Vivian Tries” too and get all excited and run to my local Dollar Tree but they never get anything new in. The shelves are mostly bare. I live in East Texas in a medium sized city. Maybe they are just sending everything to the big cities? I don’t know but it’s strange.
I'm still waiting, MONTHS after seeing them featured by Matt and Vivian, for many items- but finally seeing the Olay Regenerist dupes, and I'm stocking up, because they're really good.

Went to my Dollar Tree store yesterday and they are now starting to put out the more expensive items. I was honestly impressed with the quality.
Yeah. So many are saying they are raising prices but I watched a video the other day saying no. They are simply adding new items that are higher in price. I haven’t been to my local store in a hot minute. I think I may go this week.

Yes! Very blessed to still have her! 3 of the 4 grandparents were deceased before I was even born, and the last passed when I was 17.
DT's little garden hand tools are a great bargain for light-duty weekend gardening. I still use tools I bought at DT 5 years ago. But I do suggest avoiding the plastic hoze nozzle sprayers - they tend to leak badly & break after just a few uses.
Those plastic hose nozzle ALL leaked that I bought this year. Every other year I could get 9-2 months out of them
@pinschrunner Finally gave up & invested in a $12-$15 heavy-duty fireman's garden hose nozzle & it worked great! Then I moved & forgot to detach it from the hose I left behind for the new owner, dang... 😪🌿
Just. A comment about the Americana coming in for 4th if a July - please remember that Memorial Day comes the end of May and is also a National Holiday - so it’s not too early for these items. And then in September comes Labor Day so we all have 3 holidays for these decorations!!!!!
And it's a Presidential election year. Lots of use out of the red, white and blue merch.
And Flag Day…

Buying something for an American holiday that has been made elsewhere just doesn't make sense.
Now that Dollar Tree has decided to raise prices again, I am buying more at Walmart who is keeping their prices below similar items than Dollar trees prices. Especially boxed candy and similar items. There are only a few items that I get at Dollar tree that are not readily available easily elsewhere so I will be making fewer trips to Dollar tree. BTW I agree with most of the other people that comment on their Dollar Trees, I have at least 4 Dollar trees within 10 miles of my house and none of them look like the one you shop at. Great videos.
Can goods
are cheaper at wallmart Knoor rice or noodles packets are cheaper at wallmart. At other stores I can get box of spagetti for .99
@@dianes9416 Yes, Walmart knows what they are doing and they have the purchase power to under sell Dollar Tree on many items. They are in the same shopping centers so no travel distance for me.

They just announced closing dollar tree spots so we may not have it much longer, which is depressing. Spending $1.25 for decoration items for different holidays and seasons has been a win for me. Occasionally I would venture into the $3 or $5 spot... But most of the time I didn't need to. We no longer have a Dollar tree to go to very much longer

I popped into one of my local stores yesterday for some popcorn, and while they had just started putting out the summer party stuff, they had an entire wall of their coastal, beach-themed stuff! I saw some really great, brand-new decor items this year. Definitely an improvement over last year's coastal line.

A small note regarding the Dollar Tree plastic wine glasses without stems, do NOT put them in the dishwasher the intense high heat will make the plastic reshape and the bottom will pop out and become rounded meaning that they will no longer be able to stand upright, overall a minor defect and problem, but still one to be aware of.
Their water bottles can't withstand the dishwasher either.
Found that out the hard way too with the water bottles
Plastic never goes in a dishwasher.

My stores never carry these items that I see on internet
I do wonder if the stores don’t get those shipments or if they’re sold on Amazon or eBay?
It’s been about 50/50 for me. Even stores within a few miles have different inventory but that’s kind of expected.

Mine either!! Most of the shelves are empty. I get all excited watching these videos. I watch this guy and Vivian tries and run to the Dollar Tree just to get disappointed. My store never gets anything new in!! It totally sucks.
I have to avoid that store with a list because otherwise I come home with $100's of dollars worth of stuff I forget to use
I was at $1 Tree today, I've only seen a few items that you showed! 🤔 Every $1 Tree I've been in locally, the stores are ALWAYS messy & aisles are cluttered w/boxes, you can't even get down the aisle w/a cart 🤬
The Stanley is better insulated and heavier, so they hold temp longer. But the dupes are ok for around the house.

All the comments about their dollar tree being messy make me laugh. I have to agree, mine looks like an alley in Chicago that you dare not walk down! ! There is empty fast food bags, empty drinks, and boxes filling the isles! Feels as though you’re about to be mugged!

Split ends can't be fixed. Maybe glued together with the spray but certainly not actually repaired. Hair isn't alive except in the root, so once it is damaged, that's it.
You can use it for Memorial Day too
Neither of the Dollar Tree stores near me are ever that neat or filled with product. They are always a mess. Lucky you.
Thank you sooo much for testing the products, such as the wrinkle remover spray and the stain remover wipe - as these are products I utilize - and paying less for them allows for leftover funds to be allocated elsewhere! 🙏🏼🕊
For mirrors, use 50/50 vinegar and water. It erases oil, and breaks down dirt. I use paper towel or toilet paper, wipe with the solution then dry wipe the little paper pieces off its so clean and perfect

The filter in the shaker cups help to break up and mix up any protein powder when making a protein drink. 💪
Also good to mix gravies& sauces.

In addition to the other car items you mentioned, I would highly recommend the car seat hooks that give you a place to hang your purse or shopping bags or other items for the kids in back of the car. I had to really search to find these items in the front display display areas of the store over by the hanging kitchen items.
That pumice stone is good for lint/hair/particle removal too. From any and everything. Similar to the dog bone style you featured a couple months ago. I use it on my cat's spot on the carpet, got what the sucker didn't! Those Jade pieces we see at the end would make splendid cabochons.

The plastic tote you showed for the beach works awesome when gardening. Just load up your fruits and veggies and wash with a hose, then rinse it out and hang it upside down.
The plastic drink cups don’t hold up well in the car if wicked hot and you forget about them. Although, the “glue away” spray would come in handy to remove the plastic from the dasher 😅
My neighborhood dollar tree never has that much good stuff‼️😩
Ughh you have to go to go to DT a couple times a week & go on delivery day. You have to rotate 5-10 locations. Lastly, you need to hit locations in different parts of town (near work or en route, near home, when you happen to pass one, look up locations when you are going to an area you don’t normally visit or go a little out of your way or take a different route to pass one
I love how an item, like the boomerang and the Nancy Drew books, evoked memories from your childhood. Like a particular smell or music, those items remind us that those beautiful childhood memories should always hold a special place in our hearts. ❤

Those car window shades shown at 3:37 are really useful in studio small product or portrait photography as cheap silver reflectors. I have a few that I use in professional shoots that way.
I will have to check if my local store has them, and those dishwasher cleaning tablets too.

The shaker bottle doesn't have a filter...that's the device in the bottle that ensures the powder will be mixed thoroughly in the liquid when you shake it up ❤️

The bonus buy more expensive section are the Family Dollar items. Dollar Tree went over 30 years without changing their price from $1 but buying Family Dollar wasn’t a good deal.

I went along with going from $1 to $1.25 but raising prices again will surely make many people think more than twice about making purchases - especially with having a Walmart within walking distance from the Dollar Tree store - and I mean walking across the parking lot!!!

There isn’t a dollar tree near me (five I could get to easily) that looks anything like or has anywhere close to the amount of items yours does…. I rarely see the items you feature here… frustrating
