Hello Deal Guy...You showed us the canning jar mugs and said the Amazon lid came with it but I have something great to share...if you have grated parmesan cheese in the jar in the fridge save the lid and when opening a new jar trade it with the old one and put the new one on the jar mug. I did that 4 times so I'd have a new lid for each mug. Also when you lift the sectioned lid it will have a place to insert a straw. Enjoy all your videos. Bye from Ohio🌹
I bought a pack of 12 canning jar lids (without sealing bands) at Walmart for $3.47. Since I'm using the canning jar mugs for regular storage or to make candles, I don't need the bands. Walmart also has plastic lids and plastic drink lids.
Dollar Tree sells the lids that fit those jars I think its 3 screw lids plus 3 of those flat pieces that go under the screw lid for a dollar and change. They are in clear packages hanging on the shelf at the end of the aisle where the jars are fyi.
I have a bottle brush, but it does not have the foam pieces at the top. I use it to wash my narrow metal water bottles that I can't fit my hand inside of.

Love your channel. The headlamp from Dollar Tree is something I always make sure I have especially during hurricane and storm season. It leaves me hands free if I need to redo or fix something in the dark.

I always buy the baby bottle cleaner for washing my hummingbird feeders. Always watch out for BPA in plastic products and chemicals in body and face products especially cosmetics. Great video!
I just assembled a piece of furniture and I must tell you that wearing a headlamp made all the difference in being able to see the screws and other detail tasks. I have also read that using one while trimming your dog’s nails makes a huge difference if you’re struggling to see the blood supply to avoid cutting too close.
I got the toilet brush, that is with all the cleaning brushes above the spray bottles, to clean out like bigger jars, pots and such as well as give the sink a swipe or 2 and it works great.. also have the dish with soap spot
Love your videos. The only problem I have with Dollar Tree is that they are not all stocked the same. More than half of the items seen in these types of videos cannot be found in the stores near me.
I asked my one local store a few years ago why this is and was told thst it’s the district people who make the choices! So I have another location just maybe 3 miles away that is much better - same district people???

My kids will no longer go to Dollar Store with me. I grew up in a "different" income. When my daughter took me to Dollar Tree-oh my gosh!! I kept saying "A dollllar"? "A dollllar"? I was like Oprah-you get it for a dollar, you get it, you get it😂 Supposedly I’m "embarrassing" to my teen grandkids that have all different colors of hair, body piercings & black clothes💕
@@margaretritter5682 Which is ironic, because if the friends are there, then that means their family also shops at the store, sooo...why make fun of someone for it? 😂 And yes, I say this as someone who was bullied for not having nice clothes and shoes but I also knew that catering to people like that wouldn't earn me genuine friends. I'd rather be alone (which, a lot of the time, I was), than to ever make my mom feel ashamed for doing what she could to support me and my brothers.
@@BewareTheLilyOfTheValley I agree. We were a militery family and did what we could. Now as a properous adult I still shop thrift stores. Love a bargain
I shop Amazon for items I cannot find anywhere else! I DO NOT overpay just because I shop on Amazon! Depends on what you are wanting! I bought some,of the under cabinet lights for my kitchen a few years ago and they were crap! But ma y other items are excellent! Do not buy batteries from Dollar Tree!!!
Just a heads-up on the Mason jar mugs. Save your mayonnaise container lids and peanut butter lids as they screw on perfectly. I make ice coffee drinks ahead of time and store them in the fridge. I just toss in some ice cubes and get back to the party.
Hey DG - Friendly FYI - if that is actually YOUR shower handle in cleaner video, you need to tighten up the set screw NOW. If not, you're going to have an awkward time when it pops off while turning on (or worse, OFF) and you are trying to replace and tighten it while the water is running.
These are great finds! Why pay more when there really isn’t a need to??!! Thank goodness for stores like Dollar Tree. They really help folks like myself who are on a fixed income. Thanks for the video! ❤️💜💚
"Far from graceful when cleaning them." 😂 I would have to agree. I would have said the same thing. I always enjoy your videos. I'm sure you all are a fun family to be around.
I like to double the oven mitts so I got 4, for the times I cook things that require the oven is set at 400 + of if particles of food fall inside and I'm cleaning one pair while the other is drying, but still cheaper at $Tree. Love the $Tree socks, I get the ones that come in grey, white & black, they are about 3 - 4 inches up on the ankles. Other than the Costco white tube socks with the grey toes the $Tree are my 2nd faves. You hit on almost all of my favorite items. Only thing I have not seen at my $Tree is the games. Thank you for the video Matt!
I'm glad! The food sealer is usually hidden around the registers, but be warned, it does sell out quickly. I just wanted to let you know so you're not left disappointed if you don't find it on your first trip.
I have the silicone oven mits, from the Dollar Tree. So far I really like them. The baby bottle brushes are the only ones I really like. For the same reason...they're the only ones that fit in the bottle correctly. The other one we use on the sippy cups or our tumblers. I am still looking for the light with the magnet on. A friend of mine loves hers. I did too when I used it. I love the no show socks.. Thanks for sharing all the finds. May you have a Blessed day.
One thing I would find useful in these comparison videos is a per-unit price for items like cleaning products and health and beauty (shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer etc). Sometimes the smaller package at dollar tree will make the deal just a little bit less fabulous.
What a deal on the slow down dog feeder! Our elderly dog developed acid reflux in his old age. This bowl was a life saver! AND our daughter paid twice that cost from Amazon at a pet store for him to have that bowl.
I really like the products you have this time Matt.. Lots of great deals. The dupe of Vicks is my favorite it is the real Vicks but just the bottom of the barrel so to speak. I will never pay full price anymore after finding out that lots of thing are the real deal but they are just the bottom of the barrel brand made out of the same thing the original product is only it's what left over after making the first round of the real product. Thank you Matt, for everything you do...I appreciate you so much, God Bless you...
I like this info. The sad thing, not that you can do anything about it😢, is this. The 4+ Dollar Tree stores that I shop at, dont usually have any of that, 😢
Ive been shopping dollsr tree for years. I stick to the same trued and true things i knew thats work. Alot of dollar trees arent as well stocked as others. I noticed each dollar tree supplies different things then other dollar trees. I really appreciate this video. It blows my mind the price differences. Thank you!
Let me tell you what my cat did with that ‘tricky bowl’ that’s supposed to slow down their eating. I set it out filled with food, he looked up at me like ‘Are you even kidding?!”, took one paw flipped the bowl over spilling the food out and swatted the bowl out of the way- then went back to his regular eating. I looked at my husband and said, ‘Well, that was a waste of a dollar!”.
I would have put the food back in the bowl and if it kept happening the food would be put away. A hungry kitty doesn't play games. Its what people do also that have mice/ants, etc. The food is put out, and the pet either eats it right away or they are not hungry enough to eat. They get one more chance before bed and that's it.
I use a heavy ceramic slow-feeder for my cats. It's shaped like a large upside down bowl with holes in it, so they have to reach their paws in and pull out the kibbles piece by piece. It's large enough that three cats can gather around it at once, and heavy enough that they can't flip it over. I give em soft raw food in their individual bowls, and fill up their slow-feeder with their measured morning kibble rations combined to keep them busy all morning. 😂
Love, love, love your reviews and your channel!! I shop the Dollar Tree for a lot of things I need for the home. The bottle brush cleaner is awesome and I like the fact that it has a suction cup so it's always right where I need it. Baby powder and after bath powders are great and the prices can't be beat. Dollar Tree has raised prices with most items costing $1.25. For me, it's still a better deal than what I would pay at Walmart. Therefore, I will continue shopping at Dollar Tree.
You are absolutely terrific. Thank you so much for all your time, effort, dedication and research into presenting us with the very best deals. Thank you thank you thank you
So helpful! I use their pizza pans since even pricier ones don't wear very well with continued use. Soap trays are in a two pack. Easy to use until gunky than toss!
Work literally: I use this product in several ways. My closets have no lights so I bought three one for each closet. I also have a new shed and I keep one in there as the days are getting shorter. This product has been very handy as putting in lights and these above-mentioned places can get pricey. Thank you.
Thanks for this new video, Matt. Your work does not go unnoticed. I just wish the two Dollar Tree locations near my house had these items. Both stores have had so many (way more than usual) bare shelves and walls for about six weeks, and I wonder how they are staying in business. They look nothing like the well-stocked stores in your videos.
I noticed that you showed in a previous video, the collapsible dog bowls. I am a feeder for feral cats. I have purchased several of these bowls and they have been able to remain all year round. They are very sturdy and stay in place. So far I’ve only had to replace one as it disappeared from the cat feeding station. Thank you so much for healing all these items. I enjoy it very much.
Thanks for all your help by showing us the differences. I was going to order the bag sealer for an Easter Basket filler for my grown son. I will lookfor it at $Tree. Have a great week. Keep up the good work!
I always like your videos! Great comparisons of the items! Going to try some soon! At the end when you say “I love you” I always respond out loud and say, “I love you too” . ❤
The headlamps, for anyone who does wound care are ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY! Having been a home health and hospice nurse, I found that not all homes have adequate lighting ar times, so out comes the headlamp!
great video! it would be helpful if you said what section of dt you found items in. even though they be diffent in each store, it would be a starting point. I have been to dt & finally located items but not where I expected it to be. thanks for your highlighting these terrific items.
I appreciate your reviews , sad thing is the dollar tree in our area rarely has any of the things that are reviewed, this time and other times as well. I go to purchase and leave disappointed as they never have any thing I go for.

Hi. I have the soap dispensing brush. I use it to clean my cast iron pan. Works good. Thank you for the video. Have a nice day everyone. Oops almost forgot: I do not put soap in the brush (not good for cast iron).
Thanks for the tips! I will have to try some out. I do have to say the before you go spray is NOT comparable from my experience, and I won’t buy it again, unless they have reformulated it since I tried it. The one I tried, ended up, smelling like a cheap grannies, air freshener, which ended up being a little worse than the original scenario ha ha. I am eager to try to find the ole dupe. However, I did test the Cetaphil lotio dupe yesterday, and the lotion was spoiled and smelled really really old and icky. I had to hurry and try to get it off my hands. I was really disappointed. That being said, there have been products that I do purchase regularly because they are good dupes so these are all worth trying in my opinion!
I considered, for all of 3 seconds, getting a 'slow feeder' dish for my pup before saying 'nope'. That's because it took me about 3 seconds to say it all to myself aloud that he'd just flip the dish & scarf the kibble off the floor instead if he thought for one second that dish was a hindrance 😂 My pup will not slow down & will not chew the kibble, he has to vacuum it all into his mouth as fast as possible before he pulls his face back out of the dish. I think he's trying to be a world champion speed eater 🤔
Thank you for this list. Love that you tried these products and gave feedback. Our family tried the Cetaphil wipes. They are quite rough for us. We don’t recommend. 😢

I always buy the baby bottle cleaner for washing my hummingbird feeders. Always watch out for BPA in plastic products and chemicals in body and face products especially cosmetics. Great video!
Great idea! The ants always attack my hummingbird feeder so I can use to clean it out with water.
The cat loves the scalp massager...great critter comb.
Great idea!
Great idea, I have four cats and each one prefers something different🤷🏽♀️ Worth a try for a buck 25😎
Mine too!
I use it when I wash my dog. Dog is so excited.
I just assembled a piece of furniture and I must tell you that wearing a headlamp made all the difference in being able to see the screws and other detail tasks. I have also read that using one while trimming your dog’s nails makes a huge difference if you’re struggling to see the blood supply to avoid cutting too close.
What a fantastic bit of advice. Thank you
I got the toilet brush, that is with all the cleaning brushes above the spray bottles, to clean out like bigger jars, pots and such as well as give the sink a swipe or 2 and it works great.. also have the dish with soap spot
Go to the better neighborhoods and you will be amazed. 😊❤
@@hollylaureano2860 I live in a damn good neighborhood and one store is always messy and the other is very clean! Neighborhood doesn’t always mean a crappy store! Very ignorant for you to suppose such a thing!
@@hollylaureano2860
Not necessarily. Our store in mid town- not terrible, not posh- always has more items than the one in the new part of town with the expensive real estate.
@@sandybruce9092lol! You mad and I’m happy!!😊❤
Excellent presentation! I use the storage stuff (shoe storage etc.) from DT. Goes under the bed. No one sees it. Great for a buck 25.
I have a major love affair with plastic bins, basket, containers, etc.😄😄😄. One reason why I need to control myself (especially when my local Joann’s fabric store is right next door!)!
I use them to keep small items dust free in my workshop.
Bye from Ohio
I had a friend her boys would not go to Kmart or Walmat in fear their frinds would see them there.
I'd rather be alone (which, a lot of the time, I was), than to ever make my mom feel ashamed for doing what she could to support me and my brothers.
my own mother would not shop at the low life walmart@@BewareTheLilyOfTheValley
@@BewareTheLilyOfTheValley I agree. We were a militery family and did what we could. Now as a properous adult I still shop thrift stores. Love a bargain
I look like your grandkids and I love dollar tree
The silicone oven mitts will leave you with burns unless you're very fast. They seem like quality but they do NOTHING to keep the heat away.
Thanks for the warning I was about to get those.
I thank you also as I was about to do the same as my fabric ones are on deaths door
Blessings 💜
I find that the Pampered Chef ones better although more expensive
They are pretty thin, I'm just taking a small tray out if my toaster oven so I stuck one inside the other and it protects me just fine 🙂
@@vickigonya9432 I've done that too, but that tells you how bad they are.
Matt- I really love your personality!! You always keep me entertained through the whole video. Thanks!!
Great video, a lot of people don't shop around and just over pay on Amazon.
Absolutely correct! Amazon should be a last resort when you can’t find what you’re looking for.
Sometimes my time is more valuable than a $5-$10 savings.
Yes, at some point Amazon prices went bonkers because they know people don't shop around.
It's mostly because they don't want to leave their house...
That handle flew off and hot water spewed out when I was a teenager. I will never forget that.
Thanks Matt . We appreciate all your hard work and we love you too ❤😊
Thank you for helping us out Matt. I love your channel and the reviews you do. ❤
My cat likes to play with the pet feeder. My dog just looks at it and then back at me as if to say, "Too much work." 🐶🐱
Lol 😂
I like to double the oven mitts so I got 4, for the times I cook things that require the oven is set at 400 + of if particles of food fall inside and I'm cleaning one pair while the other is drying, but still cheaper at $Tree. Love the $Tree socks, I get the ones that come in grey, white & black, they are about 3 - 4 inches up on the ankles. Other than the Costco white tube socks with the grey toes the $Tree are my 2nd faves. You hit on almost all of my favorite items. Only thing I have not seen at my $Tree is the games. Thank you for the video Matt!
I highly recommend the DT scalp massager. Much softer and gentler than other ones I’ve gotten
I shop at DT often. Thank you for sharing.
I love when you do these videos!!!! Thank you!!! I’m gonna try to find the food sealer this afternoon!!
I'm glad! The food sealer is usually hidden around the registers, but be warned, it does sell out quickly. I just wanted to let you know so you're not left disappointed if you don't find it on your first trip.
@@thedealguy ...Thank you for this tip! This was the item I was wanting, as well. I will keep a closer eye on the items near the registers. Thanks! 😃
I will be looking for this as well! Thank you.
It's junk!
Love the transition from protection for your feet to protection for your furniture. Good job!
From human feet to furniture feet, have we got the product for you! 😂
I have purchased the space tape. It works well organizing things in my bathroom.
I was wondering what people use it for & what kinds of materials it works with!
Or just put a can in the middle of the bowl- it gets pushed around, slowing him down.
Try elevating the food bowl too😊
I really like the products you have this time Matt..
Thanks for the support Donna :) Really appreciate you
Definitely do more of these videos when ur able to. Very helpful! Thank you for testing these products for us! ❤
He does them all of the time, his channel consists of mostly dollar tree stuff and comparison of different places.
Thank you!
If you cut a pool noodle to fit in the under bed show organizer it works fabulous
How do you attach the pool Noodle? Like sled runners? Or do you poke holes in the pool Noodle and insert spike heels?
More details, please?
@@lydiaruffin4695I’m assuming you put it inside as a “skeleton”.
You are too funny Matt! Thanks so much for your videos and comparison shopping in order to save us all more money!
That made me laugh!!! It sounds just like my bratty little fur babies!!!
Be careful feeding your cat with a plastic bowl. Most cats are allergic to plastic.
😂😂😂
I use a heavy ceramic slow-feeder for my cats. It's shaped like a large upside down bowl with holes in it, so they have to reach their paws in and pull out the kibbles piece by piece. It's large enough that three cats can gather around it at once, and heavy enough that they can't flip it over.
I give em soft raw food in their individual bowls, and fill up their slow-feeder with their measured morning kibble rations combined to keep them busy all morning. 😂
Thank you, DG. I would like to see a list of the items in the description panel, if possible! It would make my trip to DT easier. 😊
Yes!!!! Fantastic idea!! I really hoo he does that or a viewer.
I don't buy any of these toxic personal care/ cleaning products ANYWHERE! But I like to hear about the other products, and just love the enthusiasm. 😊
You're ALWAYS The Guy who makes consumership(my word) comfy!! THANK YOU!! TRULY APPRECIATED!!😊😺🙋
Hello. DT also sells the lids for the mason jar coffee mugs.
Amazing deals! Thank you! ❤
Thank you.
LOL! TY for sparing us your fans testing the Poopourri!
Matt I always trust your reviews! And I love your comparisons. Your absolutely amazing 🤩 🌟☘️
Your deals are always great. You are part of my shopping day routine. Your upbeat attitude and dad jokes though always bring me a smile. tyty
Gotta love Dollar Tree and Matt ❤ A million thumbs up for all your hard work Matt 👍👍👍
Matt i have to agree with u about the DT magnifying glass. It's absolutely garbage. I used to get great ones at bed bath & beyond in the hba section
Thanks for all your help by showing us the differences. I was going to order the bag sealer for an Easter Basket filler for my grown son. I will lookfor it at $Tree. Have a great week. Keep up the good work!
That’s a fun Easter idea! Thank you for sharing, I never would have thought of it. But I think my son might enjoy a bag sealer too ☺
Mine broke in half the 2nd time we used it!!! I wouldn't pay a penny for one!!
I always like your videos! Great comparisons of the items! Going to try some soon! At the end when you say “I love you” I always respond out loud and say, “I love you too” . ❤
I love Juncture products and the the large rectangle storage bag.
Matt, you did some terrific comparisons here, I'm ready to head out to Dollar Tree today!
I appreciate how you not only compared them but actually have the Amazon item in person and not just talk about it 🎉
Looks like I need to make a Dollar Tree trip this week! Love your videos!
The headlamps, for anyone who does wound care are ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY! Having been a home health and hospice nurse, I found that not all homes have adequate lighting ar times, so out comes the headlamp!
Thank you.
I can’t imagine all the research and time you put into these videos. Thank you.
"I am pleased to announce that I will not be testing these as part of a live stream..." BAHAHAHA
My favorite part, too! Made me literally LOL 😂😂😂
great video! it would be helpful if you said what section of dt you found items in. even though they be diffent in each store, it would be a starting point. I have been to dt & finally located items but not where I expected it to be. thanks for your highlighting these terrific items.
Every DT is different.
I appreciate your reviews , sad thing is the dollar tree in our area rarely has any of the things that are reviewed, this time and other times as well. I go to purchase and leave disappointed as they never have any thing I go for.

So sweet that your wife let you try out the make up brush cleaner using her brushes.
She had a bit of regret after we watched my footage back 😂
@@thedealguy😂😂😂
@@thedealguyyou were a tad bit zealous! But then, you love showing your followers how to save. 😊
The brush cleaners were meant to hold in your hand while cleaning the make up brush, not left sticking in the sink. The suction cups are for letting it drain! Just saying😄😄😄
@@thedealguy I imagine she did! I cracked up seeing how brutal you were with those brushes. I'm still chuckling (all in good fun), and I dont even wear make up. Thanks for all you do :)
Hi there! The bag sealer, least the one i got at Dollar Tree, broke part before it even attempted to work. They are cheaply maade. Save your $1.25 unless you like donating to dollar tree
Poor, poor quality.
Do not buy.
I bought one and it broke in half the 2nd time it was used!! They're total garbage 🗑
Hi. I have the soap dispensing brush. I use it to clean my cast iron pan. Works good. Thank you for the video. Have a nice day everyone. Oops almost forgot: I do not put soap in the brush (not good for cast iron).
Had me nervous there for a second Rose! Glad you don’t fill it with soap!
That's a great idea!
OVERLY EAGER FOUR LEGGED EATER I LOVETHAT HAHAHA
😹🐕🐇😉
I considered, for all of 3 seconds, getting a 'slow feeder' dish for my pup before saying 'nope'. That's because it took me about 3 seconds to say it all to myself aloud that he'd just flip the dish & scarf the kibble off the floor instead if he thought for one second that dish was a hindrance 😂 My pup will not slow down & will not chew the kibble, he has to vacuum it all into his mouth as fast as possible before he pulls his face back out of the dish. I think he's trying to be a world champion speed eater 🤔
Thanks Matt! I love this so much!! I tend to order just about everything from Amazon. So excited to go to Dollar Tree in my new home town.
Old peanut butter lids work great on the mason coffee cups.
Also mayo lids.
I SURE HOPE YOU KEEP UP THIS KIND OF COMPARE VIDEOS!!! THANKS 👍 IT REALLY HELPS ME!!!
You are so cute and funny. I really appreciate the information you give out. Both informative and adorable. 😄
As for the lidless “mason jar” mugs, Walmart sells plastic lids that fit them (8 / about $4).
That space tape is gold.
Thank you for this list. Love that you tried these products and gave feedback. Our family tried the Cetaphil wipes. They are quite rough for us. We don’t recommend. 😢
I wish our Dollar Tree in Oregon was as neat as yours 😢
I bought those magnifier with light years ago from DT. They're always by the cash registers in my stores.
Can't believe you missed commenting on the 3 legged model with the socks😂
